Degi Mutanjan:
Sella Rice 1.5 kg Soak In Water For 3 Hours
Water ( Boil ) As Required
Strain Rice Add Into Boiling Water
Cook Up To 90% Strain Rice & Take Aside
Ghee 300 gm
Green Cardamom / Choti Elaichi 8 to 10
Cloves / Long 4 to 5
Cashew / Kaju 70 gm
Pistachio / Pista 70 gm
Raisin / Kishmish 70 gm
Almond / Badam 70 gm
Dry Coconut / Khushk Khopra 50 gm
Milk / Doodh 300 ml
Sugar / Cheeni 1.25 kg
Cook Sugar / Cheeni Until Dissolve
Add Boiled Rice
Mix Well
Low The Flame Cover The Lid For 15 Minutes
Red Food Color Few Drops
Green Food Color Few Drops
Purple Food Color Few Drops
Orange Food Color Few Drops
Ashrafi Murabba ( Red & Green ) Each 50 gm
Khoya 750 gm
Colored Chum Chum & Gulab Jamun 500 gm
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 5 Minutes More
Mix Well Close The Flame
Degi Mutanjan Ready To Serve
