Calls to introduce Carer Recognition Card for Canberra's unpaid carers

Dalang Dkhar said carers needed to be formally recognised with an identity card. Carers ACT CEO Lisa Kelly called on the ACT government to have introduce respite packages and a youth carer mentoring program.
