00:00We have all felt the weight of loss and grief.
00:04Today, God wants you to have a new hope.
00:08We will also do a powerful prayer together, calling Jesus to the restoration.
00:14I want you to watch until the end and open your heart to the blessings of this prayer
00:19which will help you heal and renew your life,
00:22so that we all know what it is like to live losses and grief that seem too heavy to bear.
00:29But in these moments, remember, we have a loving God who specializes in restoration, just like spring.
00:37It inspires a new life in an apparently long and hard winter.
00:41God can inspire a new hope, a new joy and a new start in your life.
00:47Regardless of the depth of your loss, the depth of your pain,
00:52God can repair your broken heart and renew your mind.
00:56Trust Him, rely on His strength and firmly keep His promise to restore all that you have lost.
01:03We are reassured by God's promise to restore all that we have lost.
01:08In Joel 2, verse 25, which says,
01:12I will replace you with the years that devoured the Sautrelle, the Gélec, the Asyl and the Gazam,
01:18my great army that I had sent against you.
01:21Know that the Lord is not only able to restore what we have lost, but that He has also promised to do so.
01:28Before we begin to pray, I ask you to click on the like button.
01:34Because when you click on this button, you tell YouTube that what you see and hear has pleased you
01:41and that it can be shared with other people.

01:55to receive other powerful prayers on your mobile phone via YouTube.
02:00Whatever the trials or challenges we are faced with,
02:04it reaffirms our faith and our confidence in Him.
02:08Remember that what seems like an end could be a new start disguised,
02:13orchestrated by a God who can transform everything into good, as Romans 8, verse 28, tells us.
02:20And we know that everything competes for the good of those who love God,
02:24of those who are called according to His design.
02:27If we just take a moment to think about our lives,
02:30it is obvious that each of us has tasted the bitter pill of loss.
02:35It can be a friend or a member of your beloved family,
02:39a job, a financial loss, a precious relationship, a lost opportunity,
02:45your health or even your peace of mind.
02:49These losses tend to leave us with a feeling of emptiness, of loss in the depths of despair.
02:55But I want you to know that today, we are not here as a lost people,
03:00but as a reunited people, united by the invincible spirit of hope,
03:05of comfort and the transformative power of God's love.
03:09Thanks to God.
03:11In these moments, it is crucial to remember that we are not alone.
03:16These feelings are universal.
03:19They are part of the human experience.
03:22Throughout the Bible, we meet stories of men and women who have suffered enormous losses.
03:29When we think of our own losses, let us remember Job, who lost everything.
03:35His wealth, his children and his health.
03:39Let us also remember Joseph, who was betrayed by his brothers,
03:43sold as a slave and spent years in a foreign country.
03:47These stories reflect our experiences and, in their resolution, we find hope.
03:53Let us dive deeper into the empathy of our God,
03:57who understands our pain and shares our suffering.
04:01John 11, verse 35 tells us that Jesus cried.
04:05These two words, the shortest verse in the Bible, have a powerful impact.
04:10It shows us that God is deeply troubled and afflicted for us.
04:15This event took place on the tomb of Lazarus, a beloved friend of Jesus.
04:20Here, we see that our Lord is not far from our pain.
04:25In fact, he knows it intimately.
04:29The fact that God understands our loss provides a deep comfort, but it goes far beyond.
04:35This divine empathy extends to self-sacrifice.
04:39In the greatest act of love that the world has ever known,
04:43God experienced the ultimate loss through Jesus Christ.
04:47He gave up his life, his company with the Father,
04:50and took the weight of our sins to restore us.
04:54It is the foundation of our faith.
04:57A God who not only understands our loss,
05:00but who took upon himself to provide a way to our restoration, the ultimate restoration.
05:06His sacrifice repaired the broken bridge between us and God,
05:10offering us a renewed life filled with hope, grace and eternal love.
05:15To understand how God can restore all that we have lost,
05:19we must first grasp the principle of divine restoration.
05:23This concept does not consist only in replacing what has been lost,
05:27even if it can also be the case in some cases, but in multiplying.
05:32Let's take another moment to reflect on the words of the prophet Joel.
05:37In Joel 2 verse 25,
05:39I will give you back the years that devoured the sotterelles.
05:43We see here that God's promise is not to replace the years lost,
05:47but to restore them, to make them fruitful again.
05:51It is not a question of going back in time, but of advancing in abundance,
05:55and this speaks of multiplication or increase.
05:59In Proverbs chapter 6 verses 30 to 31,
06:02the Bible says that we do not hold the thief who robs innocently to satisfy his appetite.
06:07When he is hungry, if we find him, he will make a restitution to the sceptre,
06:12he will give everything he has in his house.
06:15Thus, according to spiritual laws,
06:18God established that when he is caught,
06:21the thief must return to the sceptre what he stole from us.
06:25Is there anyone who listens and who wants this time more than what the enemy stole from him?
06:30Well, I want it.
06:33Remember that the thief comes to steal, kill and destroy,
06:36but God brings a complete restoration.
06:40To the point that our lives overflow, he makes everything better than before.
06:44Thus, all that the enemy stole, whether it is your health,
06:49your financial security, your tranquility of mind or everything that is dear to us,
06:54God promises to restore it.
06:57Thus, no matter what Satan says,
07:00Jesus will have the last word because the restoration is the will of God for us.
07:04This divine restoration does not aim to bring us back to our original state,
07:09but to bring us to a state of fullness,
07:12of fulfillment and of goals that we may never have known before.
07:16It is the ability of God to use everything, including our losses,
07:21for our good and for his glory.
07:24Consider Naomi's story in Ruth's book.
07:28After the death of her husband and her sons,
07:31she had the feeling that her life had become bitter.
07:35However, God used this tragic circumstance
07:38to bring her into a new season of joy and fulfillment
07:41through her beautiful daughter, Ruth,
07:44finally placing her in the line of Jesus Christ.
07:48Our journey to restoration is marked by two essential attributes,
07:52faith and patience.
07:55Our faith in God's promises and in his timing is essential
07:58to experience his restoration.
08:01Hebrews 11, verse 6 tells us that without faith,
08:04it is impossible to please God.
08:07But we must also know that without patience,
08:10we risk failing to fulfill God's promises in our lives.
08:14In the book of Genesis, which extends from chapters 12 to 21,
08:19we see where Abraham and Sarah waited for decades
08:22for the fulfillment of the divine promise of having a son.
08:26As they advanced in age,
08:28they were caught up in moments of doubt,
08:31probably wondering whether or not they would see God's promise come true.
08:35In their impatience and uncertainty,
08:38they tried to speed up the process in their own way.
08:42Sarah, thinking that she could no longer have children
08:45because of her old age,
08:47gave her servant, Hagar, to Abraham
08:50so that he could have a child by her.
08:53This led to the birth of Ishmael,
08:56who was not the child that God had promised.
08:59However, even in spite of their moments of doubt
09:02and their attempt to fulfill God's promise by their own means,
09:05the promise that God had made to them remained firm.
09:09When Abraham was 100 and Sarah 90 years old,
09:12well beyond normal years of procreation,
09:15Sarah gave birth to Isaac, the son promised by God.
09:19History reminds us that God's promises
09:22are not limited by human understanding.
09:25Whatever the circumstances or even the deadlines,
09:28God's plans remain firm even when our faith is weak
09:31or when we try to take things in hand.
09:34His timing may not always correspond to ours,
09:37but his promises are always kept.
09:40Therefore, let us show faith and patience
09:43while God brings us restoration in his way
09:46and at his rhythm while we walk.
09:49God also seeks to restore us through transformation.
09:53Consider the metaphor of a potter and clay
09:56found in Esai 64 verse 8
09:59or a finisher and silver in the book of Malachi 3 verse 2 to 3.
10:03In these processes, something new and beautiful
10:07is made from raw materials.
10:10In the same way, God uses our losses to refine us,
10:14to shape us in his image.
10:17Our trials and our losses can serve as tools
10:20between the hands of God to make us stronger,
10:23wiser and more compatible.
10:26The story of Peter, who denied Jesus three times out of fear,
10:29in the book of Matthew 26 verses 69 to 75,
10:32comes to mind.
10:35But rather than leaving Peter in his regrets,
10:38God used this experience to transform him
10:41into a bold apostle who played a crucial role
10:44in the primitive Church.
10:47God's desire is not only to restore our material losses,
10:50but also our broken relationships.
10:53The parable of the son prodicates in Luke 15 verses 11 to 32
10:57the illustrious powerful.
11:00A young man claims his inheritance,
11:03he says it is stoned, without resources,
11:06he decides to go home, hoping that his father
11:09would take him back as a servant.
11:12Instead, his father, seeing him from afar,
11:15takes him back as a son.
11:18It is a beautiful image of the way God restores our broken relationships,
11:21welcoming us with open arms.
11:24No matter how far we are lost,
11:27no matter what we have done,
11:30it is an incredible grace.
11:33Then, we face a difficult question.
11:36How does God bring restoration when you have lost a loved one?
11:39We all know that the loss of a loved one
11:42is one of the most painful experiences
11:45we can live in this life.
11:48But even in our grief, we are not alone.
11:51We are surrounded by the embrace of a loving God
11:54who shares our grief and offers us a ray of hope and restoration.
11:57The Bible draws a living picture of God
12:00as our ultimate consoler.
12:03In the book of Psalms, chapter 34, verse 18,
12:06David writes,
12:10This promise is true for each of us today.
12:13God draws near to us
12:16in our moments of deep sadness and mourning,
12:19offering us comfort and healing.
12:22Yet, we are still caught up
12:25with the following question.
12:28How can God restore a loss
12:31as overwhelming as the death of a loved one?
12:34So, to solve this problem,
12:38we must address our understanding
12:41of what restoration means in this context.
12:44Restoration does not always imply replacement.
12:47In such a case, God,
12:50in His wisdom and His divine understanding,
12:53often brings a restoration in the form of healing,
12:56peace, renewed strength and hope for eternal life.
12:59Let's think again about the story of Lazarus and John,
13:02chapter 11,
13:05a beloved friend of Jesus.
13:08When Jesus saw the pain and tears of Lazarus' sisters,
13:11Mary and Martha,
13:14the Bible tells us that he was deeply moved and troubled.
13:17Jesus cried.
13:20Here, we see God's empathy for our grief and our loss.
13:23But then,
13:26we witness a profound demonstration of hope and restoration
13:29as Jesus resuscitates Lazarus from the dead,
13:32while everyone does not experience
13:35the miraculous restoration of the physical life of a loved one
13:38as Mary and Martha did.
13:41This story conveys an important message.
13:44It is a testimony of the power of God on death
13:47and a precursor of the ultimate restoration that we have through Christ,
13:50the promise of eternal life.
13:53Jesus said this in John 11, verses 25 to 26,
13:56I am the resurrection and the life.
13:59Whoever believes in me,
14:02even if he dies, will live.
14:05And whoever lives and believes in me will never die.
14:08In Revelation 21, verse 4,
14:11the Bible also confirms that through faith in Christ,
14:14we have the hope of eternity with God,
14:17a place where there is no more death, grief,
14:20cries or pain.
14:23Consider that the restoration of God goes through his constant presence in our lives.
14:26He carries us in the moments
14:29when we feel unable to stand up.
14:32In the midst of our grief,
14:35God brings us a peace that goes beyond any understanding.
14:38This divine peace does not erase our pain,
14:41but it brings comfort and the strength to endure
14:44as it is written in the book of Isaiah.
14:47Chapter 43, verse 2,
14:50When you cross the waters, I will be with you.
14:53When you cross the rivers, they will not overflow.
14:56If you walk through the fire,
14:59you will not be burned and the flame will not burn you.
15:02And remember that the restoration of God comes
15:05by transforming our grief into dance,
15:08by gradually restoring joy in our hearts.
15:11This does not mean that we forget our loved ones,
15:14but it means that we learn to live with loss,
15:17to cherish their memories and to accept the reality
15:20that loss and sadness can coexist in our hearts.
15:23So let us firmly hold on to the promise of divine restoration.
15:26Our losses are important and the pain is real,
15:29but we serve a God who knows our grief intimately,
15:32who offers us his comfort
15:35and who promises us the hope of eternal life.
15:38Therefore, let us lean on his love
15:41and allow him to transform our grief into joy,
15:44our despair into hope,
15:47our pain into restoration.
15:50Let this truth anchor us in our darkest moments
15:53and enlighten our path to follow.
15:56Moreover, while we reflect on our losses
15:59and on the promise of God to restore us,
16:02it is essential to keep our eyes on the ultimate promise
16:05of the restoration of God.
16:08During our earthly journey,
16:11we experience loss and suffering,
16:14but they help us to maintain our hope.
16:17What awaits us in Christ goes far beyond
16:20what we can imagine.
16:23Our earthly losses are not comparable to the glory
16:26and joy that awaits us in his presence.
16:29Dear friends, let us be brave.
16:32Our God is a God of restoration.
16:35He can restore everything we have lost.
16:38We must trust his promises,
16:41patiently understand his timing
16:44and keep hope even in the midst of our trials.
16:47We are refined, shaped and prepared
16:50for something that goes beyond our imagination.
16:53I also want to share a brief story
16:56that, I hope, will give you more encouragement.
16:59In a small town lived a man named Thomas.
17:02Thomas had lived loss after loss in his life
17:05to the point that he wanted to give up.
17:09But he hung on to the promise of the restoration of God.
17:12He had a small plant that he took care of at home.
17:17One day, a storm came and destroyed the factory.
17:20Thomas had a broken heart.
17:23This plant was his symbol of hope.
17:26But then, in the rubble of the factory,
17:29he noticed a small seed.
17:32With faith, he planted this seed.
17:36Over time, this seed became a beautiful tree,
17:39much bigger and more beautiful than the plant had ever been.
17:43This tree provided not only shade to Thomas,
17:46but also to his neighbors.
17:49This is the power of divine restoration.
17:52Even in the shipwreck, even in the loss,
17:55God can cause something much more beautiful,
17:58much more significant.
18:01Trust him and respect his promises,
18:04no matter what you have lost.
18:07God can restore it and make it even better than before.
18:11Let this truth motivate you daily.
18:14May the peace and comfort of God be with you.
18:18Now, let us all go to the Lord in prayer.
18:22I want you to do this prayer with me,
18:25so that you can have all the blessings of this prayer.
18:29Let us pray our merciful Lord,
18:32Almighty God, Creator of Heaven and Earth,
18:36Father, I thank you for your grace and your love.
18:40To you, honor, glory and praise.
18:43Lord, I come before you today
18:46to recognize the losses and sorrows that I have encountered in my life.
18:50Father, I humbly ask you to operate a restoration
18:53in accordance with your divine will.
18:56I have faith in your powerful power to transform my sorrow into joy,
18:59to replace my despair with hope
19:02and to fill the empty spaces of my life.
19:06With your abundant love and grace,
19:09in the mighty name of Jesus,
19:12I repress every spirit of despair and defeat.
19:15I repress all the power of the darkness that stole my joy
19:18and I send them back to the pit where they came from.
19:21I proclaim victory over my situation,
19:24knowing that my current situation is not my final destination.
19:28Father, as I travel in life,
19:31I humbly seek your blessings.
19:34I ask you, Lord, to fill me with your favor
19:37and to let your abundant blessings
19:40saturate all areas of my life.
19:43May my life be overloaded with your goodness and your mercy.
19:47Lord, I pray that you restore not only what the enemy stole from me,
19:50but that, in your infinite power,
19:53you multiply these blessings,
19:56giving them to me seven times more.
19:59Lord, may you open the windows of heaven
20:02and pour out blessings so abundant
20:05that I will not have enough space to store them.
20:08Lord, I pray for your divine touch of restoration
20:11and fullness in each part of my being.
20:14I ask you to touch my heart and my spirit,
20:17to heal the hidden wounds and to restore me.
20:21Father, may you renew my spirit,
20:24strengthen my faith and keep my heart in peace
20:27while I trust in you.
20:30Lord, I ask for your divine protection on my life.
20:33You are my liberator, my God in whom I trust.
20:38Father, may your holy angels camp around me
20:41and protect me from all evil.
20:44In the name of Jesus, I declare that no weapon formed against me
20:47will prosper, for you are my shield and my refuge.
20:51Father, I ask for your deliverance from any chain that binds me,
20:54from any habit that controls me
20:57and from any thought that torments me.
21:00In the name of Jesus, free me from everything that prevents me
21:03from reaching the fullness of your goal for my life.
21:06Lord, I present to you my loved ones,
21:09asking you for your divine touch in their lives.
21:12I pray that, in accordance with your perfect will,
21:15they also experience your repairing hand.
21:20May they know your grace, your love
21:23and your peace in every situation.
21:26May they find comfort in your presence in difficult times
21:29and rejoice in your exalting joy
21:32during happy moments.
21:35Heavenly Father, I agree with all those who listen to this prayer,
21:38believing that you are a God who restores.
21:41I pray that, while we are on this journey of life,
21:44we may experience your divine restoration

21:51I thank you for your fidelity and for the assurance
21:54that our hope in you will never be disappointed.
21:57In the mighty name of Jesus, I pray.
22:00Amen.
