01:10Come on, we're going to be late!
01:29Good morning.
01:30Good morning.
01:31I presume you're Mr. Smart?
01:32Yes, that's me.
01:33Have you been waiting long?
01:34No, not very.
01:35I'm so sorry to have late.
01:36Oh, don't worry about that.
01:37Have you seen the house yet?
01:38No, not yet.
01:39Oh, well, I'll show you around it.
01:40Right, thanks.
01:41Come along.
01:51Well, I don't suppose you'll be long getting settled now, Mr. Smart.
01:54No, I don't suppose so.
01:55The van will be along without furniture any time.
01:57It's awfully nice of you to bring the key around this, Willoughby.
02:00Oh, that's all right.
02:01Father thought he'd given it to you.
02:03Then when he suddenly found he hadn't, he asked me would I run round with it.
02:07Poor old Dad.
02:08He doesn't know whether he's standing on his head or his heels these days.
02:11Oh, how is that?
02:12As though he hasn't got enough to do with his various business activities.
02:15The council elections will be along in a few days.
02:18Oh, yes.
02:19He's got to stand again, hasn't he?
02:20Yes.
02:21Though so far there's no other candidate in Dad's ward.
02:24He's hoping he may get in on a pose.
02:26Well, best of luck to him.
02:28Come on, I'll show you the kitchen.
02:32Well, I think we're very lucky to get a place like this.
02:35Hurry up!
02:39Don't dilly-dally.
02:40What a beautiful domicile.
02:48I've got a gob full of grit.
02:52Oh, come on!
02:54Delightful.
02:55Come on!
02:57You're always late.
02:58You were even late on our wedding day.
03:00Yes, but not late enough.
03:01Well, we've got to get things ready so they can bring the furniture in.
03:04Say, what the hell's the other furniture man doing there?
03:06That's not ours, is it?
03:08No, ours is Murray's.
03:09So it is.
03:10There's something wrong, sir, well.
03:11There is something wrong.
03:12I will have to...
03:13Don't keep showing that at me.
03:14You leave it alone.
03:15What is it, anyway?
03:16It's my new hat.
03:17New hat?
03:18It's my new hat.
03:19Another new hat?
03:20Yes.
03:21You can't wear that.
03:22Oh, the house is...
03:24Oh!
03:25You broke your new hat.
03:27My new...
03:28Who's that?
03:30So this is the house.
03:31Gee, what a house!
03:33Three glass.
03:35Gee, look at that.
03:36They got spaghetti growing out of the walls.
03:38I got to get in here.
03:39Look out there.
03:40Hey!
03:41Come here!
03:42What's the big idea, young man?
03:44Do you know what you've done?
03:45I've no idea.
03:46You have trodden on my husband's foot.
03:48Yes, you've trodden on my husband's foot.
03:50And furthermore, we weren't no hawkers.
03:53No.
03:54I beg your pardon.
03:56And another thing.
03:57Do you know what else you have done?
03:59No.
04:00You have broken my wife's new hat.
04:02Oh, no!
04:04Here's another one.
04:07Hey!
04:08Come here!
04:09You're in the wrong house.
04:11This is 22 Orchard Avenue, isn't it?
04:13Yes, but what about it?
04:14That's all right.
04:15Come on, let's get in.
04:16Oh!
04:17It's not all right.
04:18You're in the wrong house, I tell you.
04:20What do I mean?
04:29That's the big idea, huh?
04:31Oh!
04:32That's not all right.
04:36What the heck's going on?
04:38Ah!
04:39Spider!
04:40Take your hand.
04:41Oh, come on, boys.
04:42It'll be dark before we get started.
04:44Wait a minute.
04:45Wait.
04:50Will you be quiet?
04:52I'll speak to her.
04:54Ah!
04:55Come along.
04:57Now, what's this all about?
04:58Well, it's like this.
05:00Once again, would you please?
05:02Once again, once again, once again!
05:04I told you, I told you.
05:05I told you, I told you.
05:20You've done it again.
05:22I've done it again.
05:23You're choking me!
05:27Will you three fathers stop it?
05:29Will you stop messing about?
05:44Well, I don't know.
05:46You lot of lunatics!
05:50What do you think you're doing?
05:52Now, wait a minute.
05:53Guston, it's all this fella's fault.
05:54Yes, it's all your fault.
05:56We're going to get that furniture in here.
05:58Come on, sis.
05:59Tom, come on.
06:03Are you vexed?
06:06You're not going to stand for this, are you, Joe?
06:08Yes.
06:09Why are you being yes?
06:10Look.
06:10What are you going to do about it?
06:12Well, I think I'll go for a pint.
06:13You make your own arrangements.
06:14Go for a...
06:16After all I've done.
06:17I got the key of this house, didn't I?
06:19This is our house.
06:20Oh, Joe.
06:22I've been trying all month to get a house like this.
06:25Oh, never mind, darling.
06:27I'm sorry.
06:28I'm sorry.
06:33Show them you're a man.
06:34What, here?
06:35No, up there at the furniture man.
06:37Very well, then.
06:38I will.
06:40Follow me.
06:41Take it away!
06:42Take it away!
06:47Hey, it's not the 5th of November yet.
06:50Get this firewood out of here.
06:51What do you mean, firewood?
06:52We don't want any.
06:53Take it away.
06:54Come on, don't argue and fuss with it.
06:56This is the last of our...
06:58Darling, play right with it.
07:00Okay, come on.
07:00Here you go.
07:28Take the carpet upstairs.
07:31That's enough.
07:32I'm going to take it upstairs.
07:33You're knocking my head off with it.
07:35All right, come here.
07:36You take the carpet upstairs.
07:37But it won't go upstairs.
07:39All you've got to do is take it up there and turn left.
07:41That's all I've got to do.
07:42That's all.
07:43Take the carpet upstairs and turn it left.
07:44That's right.
07:45What's right?
07:46Left.
07:47How can left be right?
07:49Because left is right.
07:51What do you mean, left is right?
07:52Right's right, isn't it?
07:53And left is left.
07:54That's right.
07:55I'm coming up.
07:58Do as I tell you.
07:59I'm going home.
08:00You're going home.
08:01Listen to what I'm telling you.
08:02When I say take the carpet up there,
08:03I mean take it up there.
08:05All I ask you to do is move your finger,
08:06take the carpet up.
08:07Can't you do what I tell you?
08:09Can't you do what I tell you?
08:11That's all you have to do.
08:12Now, you look after your own carpets.
08:15I'm going to look after them.
08:16I'm going to put a furniture there.
08:18What do you keep shouting at me for?
08:20To get the carpet?
08:21You treat me like a brother at all.
08:22You've been shouting at me and knocking me about
08:24for no reason at all.
08:26What do you keep doing that for?
08:27I'll take it off.
08:30Now, look what you've made me go and do.
08:35Oh, look at that.
08:36Hey, you left it a hundred years,
08:38and now you've broken it.
08:40Well, I tried to save it.
08:41Oh, poor mother.
08:42It's all the world of theirs.
08:44I know, but I didn't break it.
08:45He broke it.
08:46I broke it.
08:46You broke that thing.
08:47Well, whoever broke it, you better get it cleaned up.
08:51That goes for you, too.
08:52All right, come on.
08:53Come on, let's go.
08:54Are you going?
08:54Yes.
08:56All right, no.
08:57You'll be all right.
08:57He's a good boy.
08:58I'll get this up in before the rest of them do.
09:00Come on, Joe.
09:01All right, Jimmy.
09:02Come on.
09:03All right.
09:03Hey.
09:04Hey.
09:05Yes.
09:06Get your smut away from me.
09:07All right, no.
09:08You'll be all right.
09:09He's a good boy.
09:09I'll get this up in before the rest of them do.
09:12Come on.
09:12He's a good boy.
09:15Did you?
09:16Yes.
09:16Well, get up, will you?
09:17Get it on.
09:19You'll have no strength left if you keep
09:21carrying these things.
09:22That's right.
09:23Over you.
09:23Hold it.
09:24Hold it.
09:25What's happened?
09:26Well, that's the idea, Joey.
09:28You've got no strength.
09:29That's what's wrong with you.
09:30Leave it to me.
09:33Get it up.
09:34Get it up.
09:35Let me have it.
09:36Right.
09:36That's it.
09:37I'm going to throw it around.
09:39Wait a minute.
09:40No, no.
09:41You've got it on me.
09:42Get it on yourself.
09:43That's it.
09:44Where's my hat?
09:45That's it.
09:45I've got it.
09:46Here's your hat.
09:47There you are, love.
09:48Are you all right?
09:49What did I do with this stuff?
09:50Come on.
09:51You just follow me and you'll be all right.
09:52Where to?
09:53This way.
09:54Wait a minute.
09:55I want to see that.
09:56Wait a minute.
09:58Oh, yes.
09:59What the heck are you playing?
10:00Have you seen what I saw?
10:04Oh.
10:04It's a pomeranian.
10:05I think it was.
10:06Come on.
10:07Give it to me.
10:07Come on.
10:08Catch it up.
10:08I'll give you a hand with it.
10:10Come on.
10:10We'll show them whether we can get our furniture in or not.
10:15Come on, love.
10:16Follow me.
10:16That's it.
10:17Careful.
10:18That's it.
10:19No, no.
10:20Oh, dear.
10:21What's going on?
10:21What the hell's that?
10:22I don't know.
10:23Careful of the window.
10:24Get off the window.
10:25Be careful of the window.
10:26I'm not talking to you.
10:27Give it here.
10:28That's all.
10:29Get in here, love.
10:30Now, don't break the window.
10:31Leave the blackie be to me.
10:32No, I'll have it.
10:33Wait a minute.
10:34Oh.
10:36Oh.
10:37That's all right, love.
10:38Put it in that room there.
10:44Are you all right, love?
10:45Have you broken any bones?
10:47Oh.
10:48How are you?
10:49I think I've burst my ankle's resistance.
10:52Again.
10:59Take that junk out of here.
11:01Hey, did you hear what he called that?
11:02Hey, that ain't junk.
11:03No.
11:04No.
11:04Junk or not, get it out.
11:06It ain't going out, see?
11:07It's not going out, is it?
11:10He said it wasn't going out.
11:11Can you hear that?
11:12I want to.
11:13Oh.
11:14Oh.
11:23Oh.
11:43Oh.
11:53Oh.
12:08What are you two fellows looking at me like that for?
12:10We can't get over it.
12:11Gee, what a hunk of woman.
12:13Say, kid, you've got something.
12:14Yeah, and it all belongs to me too.
12:16Joe, you're not going to let him walk from this.
12:18Joe, where are you?
12:20Joe?
12:21Hey, it's a little bit heavy, this, isn't it?
12:23It's got heavier, just a minute.
12:25Ah, that's about all there is in here, right?
12:27Head up down this way and we'll get a little stairs.
12:29Come on, let's not go too far right now.
12:32All the way.
12:34Nice.
12:34Hey, it's getting heavier.
12:36That's not heavy at all.
12:38Take it easy.
12:40Easy.
12:49All right.
12:52Let's rest it up here.
12:54Wait a minute.
12:55I'll push him in through the barricade.
12:57Now, hold on there and I'll come and help you.
12:59All right.
12:59All right.
13:05Oh, let it go.
13:06Let it go.
13:07Don't let it go.
13:09Hold on.
13:10Hold on.
13:11Hold on.
13:11All right.
13:12Hold on.
13:13All right.
13:13All right.
13:14Whoa!
13:35Hey, you're spilling it all over the place.
13:37Why don't you mind your own business?
13:48Just a minute, Joe.
13:51See, for doofens, for doofens.
14:00Can't you take me to a quiet zoo somewhere?
14:03Boys, behave!
14:04We'll be all right when we settle down.
14:06It's just a matter of give and take, isn't it?
14:08That's right. We must make the best of things.
14:10Lots of people haven't even got half a house.
14:12No, and they don't look like having half a house.
14:14When we've got men like Willoughby on the council,
14:16they need shaking up.
14:18And they're going to be shaken up soon.
14:20Oh, and by who?
14:22Us.
14:23And who else?
14:25Us and the women.
14:26You men have been running this world long enough on your own,
14:29but it's got to stop.
14:31What, the world?
14:32No, the way you men run it, of course.
14:34We're not going to be poor, cowed creatures anymore,
14:38afraid of a whisper in a word of defense of ourselves.
14:42Not us.
14:43Why don't you speak up?
14:45We're not going to drape ourselves so you men can walk on us.
14:50We're going to get things moving.
14:53Tell them all about it!
14:55Damn good show, Joe. Damn good show.
14:58Absolutely wizard, old chap.
15:00Oh, thank you.
15:01I'd rather care for that myself, you know.
15:05Damn good show.
15:07Excuse me.
15:10Of course.
15:11Don't mind you.
15:12Ain't it all right at all?
15:13Good.
15:17Will you three fellas stop it?
15:19Will you stop messing about?
15:21Get this stuff cleared away.
15:22Go on, get the tea stuff off.
15:24Clearly, we haven't got any yet.
15:25Well, you've been here long enough to have seven teas.
15:27We need the table anyhow for our meeting.
15:29Now, come on, get it away.
15:30All right, all right.
15:32Come on, son.
15:33You will handle these teapots.
15:34I can't give you a hand, Dad.
15:36I've got a date.
15:37A date?
15:38Yes.
15:39Who with?
15:40Well, if you must know, it's Marjorie Willoughby.
15:41What's old Willoughby going to say when he finds you taking his daughter about?
15:44What does it matter what he says?
15:46Our Reggie's as good as he is.
15:48At least on my side.
15:50I don't know about yours.
15:52What with the thing you've been doing here,
15:53I should think you'd all been brought up in Dartmoor.
15:55Let me tell you, it's my blood that's made Reggie what he is today.
16:00No wonder he looks anemic.
16:06Now, are you going to get these things cleared away?
16:09I told you, I want the table.
16:10I want it now, immediately, without any delay.
16:13Do you understand?
16:15And if you wish to finish your tea, you can finish it in the kitchen.
16:19Come along, Martha.
16:22I'd like another egg.
16:24Pleasure.
16:26She wants us to clear the table.
16:28Now, and no delay.
16:30At once, if not sooner.
16:32I'm not standing for this.
16:34I'm the gaffer in my own house.
16:36We were invited.
16:37In this?
16:38Yes, I'm going to beat this.
16:39And in the kitchen?
16:41And in the backyard?
16:42What are you talking about?
16:44Come on, let's get cracking.
16:45All right, we'll get cracking.
16:48There you are.
16:49There's all that dumb stuff.
16:50There you go.
16:51You too, sir.
16:54Aah!
