00:10But actually an award like this, it stands on the shoulders of the people behind me.
00:17And the people behind me are worriable. They are what makes worriable.
00:22They are what makes the effort that we put into the services that we deliver to older people.
00:29Recently, 18 months ago, I moved from early learning to aged care.
00:37And people thought I was a bit mad.
00:40But at the end of the day, what is at the core of the work we do is humanity.
00:45And everybody up here, in my view, is a professor of humanity.
00:51What we do is keep humanity at the core of who we are and what we do.
00:56So we deliver high quality services to older people.
01:00And we are at the core of this community.
01:03And to all of you, I thank you for supporting me.
01:06We are here to support you and your families, your older people.
01:10And I just want you to give a big round of applause to the people behind me
01:14for the work they do every day to support this community.
