Quad-comm co-chairman, Santa Rosa City lone district Rep. Dan Fernandez expressed willingness to let retired police colonel Royina Garma have the company of her daughter, who supposedly has special needs.   This, after the controversial Garma was cited for contempt on Thursday night, Sept. 12, and ordered detained indefinitely at the House detention center within Batasan Pambaansa Complex. 01:51because of the travel. In fact, hindi ko nang pinusok kasi it is all about the

01:57question being raised to you by the members and you're evading the question.

03:27left for the gentlelady is that either she files a motion for reconsideration or she goes to the

03:34court. I think her lawyer knows that. Kasi hindi na po tayo pan dahil nag-decide na po yung buong

03:41committee kanina. Thank you, Mr. Chair. Yes, that is true that we have already decided. If you want

03:52to question the decision of the committee, you can either question this before a court or file

03:59a motion for recon before the quadcom. And we will certainly entertain the motion. But since

04:09the committee has already decided, and Congressman Fernandez is about to move to me to give him the

04:17floor, and now I give you the floor. We sympathize with you, Colonel Rojina Garma. But of course,

04:28we have already decided and the proper recourse is to apply for a motion for reconsideration.

04:34And in relation to your daughter, na sinasabi mo po, can you kindly give us a certificate? Kasi

05:01to be with her, para at least makita natin yung kalagayan ng kanyang anak. So with that,
