Love Undercover 3 is a 2006 Hong Kong comedy romance film directed by Joe Ma Wai-ho (馬偉豪). The film is a sequel to 新紮師妹２美麗任務 Love Undercover 2: Love Mission (2003), also directed by Joe Ma. They main role is Fiona Sit Hoi-kei (薛凯琪) as Fan Shi-wao.
Fan Shi-wao is an 18-year-old who intends to join the police force. She is intelligent, defensive, and tactful in order to get advantages from others. On one occasion, she rescues Sergeant Chung (許紹雄Benz Hui Siu-hung) and his team. To express his gratitude, Chung persuades Wao to join the police force for the high salary, perks and benefits. He returns to the police-teaching academy just to assist Wao in graduating successfully. Wao then joins Chung's team, but they spoil her, and the spirit of the team drops.
Superintendent of Police Madam Lui sends Izu Suzuki (鈴木拓也
Suzuki Takuya) to spy on Chung's team and photographs their misconduct as "evidence". The team become friends with Izu, while Wao is even attracted by his gorgeous look and co-operates with him in his "secret mission'. Laughs burst out in the police office while Chung's team is ignorant of Izu's real intention. Yet, a plot is being set up by Izu unnoticeably. Wao is in a great dilemma, and what will Wao choose between friendship and love?
