01:18Roque earlier filed a motion to quash the subpoena, which was denied in the last hearing,

01:25An immigration lookout was issued for Roque, but this cannot stop him from traveling abroad

01:38In her counter-affidavit, Guo asked the poll body to dismiss its case against her, which

01:54Guo argues the information in her COC are based on legitimate documents issued by the
