Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe expressed concerns about Donald Trump's relationship with Russia, in a recent interview on the One Decision podcast. McCabe indicated that while Trump may not be a traditional intelligence asset, his actions and interactions with Vladimir Putin have raised significant questions. McCabe also noted that Trump's attitude towards Ukraine and NATO amid Russian aggression is troubling. Andrew McCabe, a former FBI acting director investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election, was fired by Donald Trump in 2018 just before his retirement. McCabe faced a criminal investigation for allegedly lying about a media leak, which was dropped in 2020.
