00:00What's been your relationship with your mental health, especially using writing as an outlet
00:09and the pandemic, have you found hobbies that help you keep you in a good space and stuff

00:15Long walks.
00:16I mean, we sleep on walks, but they are so important.
00:21I feel like my walking through the pandemic over the past few years definitely has improved.
00:25You know, you start walking one mile, you start walking two, you start walking five.
00:30It gives me time to reflect on my life and the path that I've led and it's a long time.
00:38You can either choose to listen to music, you can choose to listen to the wind.
00:41I feel like long walks have definitely helped me gain a lot of mental focus and clarity.

00:47And what's your relationship with that phone?
00:50How's that factor into it?
00:52I mean, I feel like I'm an average phone user.

00:59I try to stay out the way.
01:00I mean, social media has transformed into a different place.
01:03I feel like I'm a little outdated and trying to catch up with the times here and there,
01:08but yeah, it's pretty average, pretty healthy.
