Ranbir Kapoor Performs Ganesh Visarjan Puja With Mom Neetu Kapoor As They Bid Farewell To Bappa

Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, along with his mother Neetu Kapoor, performed Ganesh Visarjan puja before bidding goodbye to Ganapati Bappa on September 11. The ‘Rockstar’ actor was seen lifting the idol of Lord Ganesha before it was taken for immersion. The mother-son duo prayed with folded hands as the idol was immersed during the visarjan. The Ganesh Visarjan tradition, passed down to the late actor Rishi Kapoor, was started by Raj Kapoor at his RK Studios in 1952, along with his father, Prithviraj Kapoor.
