00:00The House Committee on Appropriations is now reducing the 2025 budget proposal of the Office of the Vice President to more than Php 1 billion.

00:10That was announced by the House Appropriations Panel's Senior Vice Chair Stella Kimbo

00:16Today, after the committee's meeting yesterday,

00:20after the breakdown of Kimbo's office,

00:23the OVP's original allocation of more than Php 2 billion reduced to almost Php 1.3 billion,

00:32and was reduced to Php 733 billion.

00:36The recommended appropriations committee that was transferred to DOH and TSWD

00:41was transferred to the Pundo so that our countrymen can benefit more.

00:46Kimbo clarified that the budget proposal has not yet been approved and there is still a long way to go.

00:54First of all, we are just doing our job.
