00:00We will all be together in this!
00:14The search warrant will ask for permission from the court to search the compound of Lucky South 99 Fogo in Purak, Pampanga.
00:22This is because of the allegations that were buried there, some of the buildings.
00:26The compound of Lucky South 99 was searched by Cassandra Ong.
00:30She went to the Supreme Court because she was asking too many questions from the congressmen in the hearing.
00:37Witness, Joseph Moro.
00:42More than 3 months after the raid of Lucky South 99 Fogo in Purak, Pampanga,
00:47where the allegations of human trafficking, scam, and torture were found,
00:52the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission, or PAOC, will apply for a new search warrant.
00:58Our new witnesses found places where the bodies of some foreign nationals were buried.
01:07We went there last week and they taught us.
01:10PAOC's permission to search is in some parts of the compound.
01:14We are now applying for a new search warrant.
01:18Now, it is legal for us to search the locations taught by the witnesses.
01:25According to PAOC, some were rescued by the UN in Lucky South 99,
01:29directly under Cassandra Ong's responsibility in the operation of Fogo.
01:33She has direct knowledge of what's happening here.
01:36That's why she's one of the principals of the investigation.
01:39Ong filed a complaint of money laundering together with former Bambantarloc Mayor Alice Guo.
01:45As for qualified human trafficking, her lawyers have yet to see the details of the complaint.
01:51Ong was rushed to the hospital on September 4 due to low blood sugar and blood pressure.
01:57But she was able to return to her bed yesterday, according to the medical bulletin of the House of Representatives.
02:02Ong's lawyers filed a petition for certiorari in the Supreme Court and requested a temporary restraining order
02:09against the three committees of the Senate and four committees of the Camera of Quadcom.
02:13She's shouting, she's being ridiculed, she's being intimidated, she's being threatened.
02:20There are very insulting words that are being said to her.
02:24You are her witnesses.
02:26That's the only thing we want to stop. Once the right to remain silent is invoked, no further questionings should be made.
02:34According to Ong's lawyers, they did not intend to stop the investigations conducted by the Senate and the Camera
02:41and they will continue to listen if necessary.
02:44According to Congressman Dan Fernandez, who is investigating Ong in the Camera,
02:48Ong will not use his right to remain silent even though he can invoke the right against self-incrimination,
02:54depending on the question.
02:56But what will he do if he doesn't know what to ask him?
03:00Sen. Risa Ontiveros said that they haven't received the petition yet,
03:04but they are confident that the Supreme Court will grant the Senate the power to issue a subpoena and contempt.
03:12According to PAOC, the connection between Ong and Alice Goa has become clearer
03:16with the distant bosses of Pogo in Bambantarlac and Porac, Pampanga.
03:20The distant big bosses of Locke South 99 are the ones who helped Goa hide in Singapore and Indonesia.
03:27This is our allegation and it will be proven by our evidence and testimony
03:32that the two of them, Porac and Bampant, belong to one criminal organization.
03:37What they earned in Locke South 99 is their seed money to establish and start an operation in Bambant.
03:46Goa is still in the PNP Custodial Center under the commitment order of Tarlac RTC Branch 109.
03:51But according to the justice secretary, the Bureau of Immigration should have custody of the former mayor.
03:57It's very clear that we are holding an immigration case here and that's very very important.
04:03Immigration case has a primacy over all others when it comes to ALISPO.
04:07An immigration case should take precedence over everything.
04:10In fact, immigration case is only non-bailable.
04:13Goa has many violations in immigration law.
04:38Goa's lawyer has no evidence regarding the deportation case.
04:42For the GMA Integrated News, I am Joseph Morong, your witness.
04:4715 local civil registrars were found to issue incorrect birth certificates to foreign nationals
04:54according to the Philippine Statistics Authority.
04:56This came out earlier in the Senate hearing regarding the budget of NEDA,
05:01where the PSA is an attached agency,
05:03which was the first to issue a birth certificate to Dismissed Mayor Alice Goa.
05:11And to stop this, the PSA said that the late registrants are being forced to apply for a national ID
05:18so that they can personally face and get biometrics.
05:22Late registrants are the ones who register after 30 days of birth.
05:28According to the Census, 3.7 million Filipinos have not yet registered and do not have a birth certificate.
05:35Families were evacuated from Canlaon City in Negros Oriental due to the eruption of the volcano Canlaon.
05:41Even other places near the volcano are preparing for the evacuation.
05:47Witness, Aileen Pedrezo of GMA Regional TV.
05:52Some families are preparing to evacuate from La Carlota City, Negros Occidental.
05:57Because Mount Canaon erupted again.
06:00According to some residents, they still feel the coldness of the ground yesterday.
06:06Four barangays in La Carlota are being guarded now because it is close to the volcano.
06:10Classes in barangays are also suspended.
06:13In the town of La Castillana, residents are also preparing to evacuate.
06:18It was raining yesterday.
