00:32Hondeveros will write to the court so that the religious leader can be brought to justice.

01:28Justice Secretary Jesus Crespin Rimulya asked

01:31if Quibuloy's face should be shown in the mugshot

01:35and not blurred at first.

01:37His face should be shown.

01:40So people will believe that he was really caught.

01:44Maybe later, they will put a body there

01:47and cover it up and say that he was caught.

01:49Fair is fair.

01:51People should see and be satisfied

01:53that he was really under custody.

01:55And if the DOJ asks,

01:57they prefer that Quibuloy be detained at the PNP Custodial Center.
