00:00There are three ways to acquire knowledge.
00:05One way is to acquire knowledge through intelligence.
00:09If a student is very intelligent, has a very good IQ level,
00:16then he learns knowledge very quickly from the teacher.
00:20He remembers the sentences, reads them fluently,
00:25answers all the questions, understands the points.
00:29So through intelligence, a person acquires knowledge.
00:34But through intelligence, the knowledge that is acquired,
00:38the sentences are remembered, but the worship is not remembered.
00:44The passion for worship is not acquired.
00:48That knowledge is acquired only to the extent of the brain,
00:51to the extent of knowledge.
00:53That knowledge does not manifest on the body,
00:58because the organs of the body belong to the heart.
01:03If there are no effects of light in the heart,
01:05then how can there be an effect?
01:10The second way to acquire knowledge is through worship.
01:14The more a person worships,
01:17the more Allah grants him the light of knowledge.
01:21It is mentioned in the Hadith that
01:23the man who protects his eyes from evil,
01:28Allah grants him the knowledge that he did not have before.
01:40Now, because Allah grants this knowledge,
01:43the light of this knowledge is granted.
01:47Therefore, this light enables the person to act,
01:51and the person's actions increase.
01:57The third way to acquire knowledge is to avoid sins,
02:01to adopt righteousness.
02:04Allah says in the Quran,
02:06And fear Allah, and Allah will teach you.
02:10Fear Allah, and Allah will grant you knowledge.
02:16The man who avoids sins, Allah grants him knowledge.
02:21And this knowledge is with his light.
02:26So, man acquires knowledge in three ways.
02:29Through wisdom, but it is information.
02:34Through worship, one gains the ability to act.
02:39And through righteousness,
02:41this knowledge increases one's actions.
