Im Dokumentarfilm Patrol - Auf Patrouille durch den Regenwald aus Nicaragua schließen sich ein paar indigene Waldaufseher:innen zusammen, um mit amerikanischen Umweltschützern und Undercover-Reportern illegale Aktivitäten in größtmöglichem Ausmaß aufzudecken: Denn in Zentralamerika tobt im letzten verbleibenden Regenwald eine Krise, weil illegale Viehzüchter den Urwald für ihre Fleischproduktion vernichten. Kann ihre Patrouille und die Dokumentation ihrer Mission durch Brad Allgood und Camilo de Castro etwas daran verändern?
