Footage filmed on Tuesday (Sept 10) shows orange skies in Oro Grande, San Bernardino County, California.
Jen, who filmed the video from Riverside Preparatory Middle School, said: "Today was an interesting day at school! We have the Line Fire and the Bridge Fire burning down the hill from us.
"By the end of the day it was orange outside.
"Kids were coughing and eyes were burning!
"Ashes were everywhere! Hope they get these fires under control soon!"
