00:00So, I'm right now preparing for Bash in Berlin, preparation for a professional wrestling match,
00:13especially a match as important as a World Heavyweight Championship match.
00:17It's very specific and always depends on the opponent.
00:21So, I'm here to let everybody in a little bit, how I prepare to square up with Randy
00:28Orton in Berlin.
00:29It is the first purely in Germany, which is a big deal, and then being a representative
00:36for the German-speaking countries in WWE, I think I'm going to work a little bit extra
00:42hard this time to not let anybody down.
00:46A lot of the guys in history and even today, they will portray that meathead kind of image.
00:55It's just a disrespect to the real skills of a professional wrestler.
01:00The best professional wrestlers in the world are highly intelligent people.
01:04This simulates almost every throw, every suplex where you need to explode out of your ribs.
01:10The things that really matter and really are effective have been around forever.
01:16It's all very simple.
01:26We'll be at the Olympics with breakdancing.
01:30This exercise is the most basic foundation in our profession, a neck bridge.
01:36Every wrestler needs to be able to master that to some degree.
01:39Going into the match with Randy, obviously, the RKO, it's a nasty fall with the chin on
01:44his shoulder.
01:45I'm always trying to protect my neck, build it up, so maybe if he lands an RKO again,
01:53I will take a little bit less damage.
01:58That's enough.
02:00Randy would be somebody I admire, actually.
02:02One of the best in the history of WWE, for sure, if not the best, but let's be honest.
02:09Just like many of the wrestlers in the generations before him.
02:14Incredible talents, but what's really inside them is a weak person.
02:20By all the success Randy had, if his last name wouldn't have been Orton, that guy wouldn't
02:24be here anymore, let's be honest.
02:26I think I'm somewhat of a role model, because there are no flaws about me.
02:31No drama.
02:33Straight focus on what matters.
02:35Before I came to WWE, I was only really focused on being able to throw big strikes with my
02:41right hand, because I was outsizing a lot of people there, so I never needed my left,
02:47but now in WWE, the competition is on a different level.
02:52I stepped in a trap of having my right arm worked on and then not having an effective
02:57strike to use against my opponent, so I started to work on both arms now.
03:18What makes me different?
03:22I don't know.
03:24Maybe it's because for everybody else in the company, it was a childhood dream.
03:34I never dreamt of doing this, but I'm here right now.
03:39I marched in and dominated everybody, and to be honest, it felt good marching.
03:45I caught them out of nowhere, because I don't think many of them predicted that I would
03:49be where I am right now.
03:51From now on, I really started to enjoy looking at them, dreaming their big dreams, but at
04:01the end of that, I'll be right there to crush all those dreams.
04:16Randy successfully built up this stigma around him to be the unpredictable one.
04:23I think Randy's very predictable.
04:25He gets both headed, and that doesn't happen to me.
04:29Randy Orton might be a 14-time world champion.
04:34That means he also lost it 14 times.
04:41Ever since I signed with WWE, 80% of the time, I have been a champion.
04:48Let that sink in.
04:50You've seen what I do to maintain the best physical shape possible.
04:55That's how I prepare to stay world heavyweight champion in Berlin.
05:05I'm not questioning Randy's physical ability.
05:08I'm not questioning his skill.
05:10None of that.
05:11The one thing I question about Randy is his heart.
05:17Because that's where he's weak.
05:20So Randy, please, when you come to Berlin, get yourself together and show up strong.
05:30Because you remember one thing.
05:33Weak things break.
05:38RANDY ORTON IS BACK!
