00:00I think the portrait is really beautiful. I feel it really is me, in a way that has,
00:20you know, it's sort of, as I said before, it's a bit weird looking at a portrait of
00:26yourself where you feel you've really been captured.
00:35How does it feel to have your portrait in the gallery?
00:39Well, I feel very proud. I also feel a bit weird, because here I am, and here I am.
00:48It is an odd feeling, but I can only say that I'm very, very proud of what the Kitchen
00:56Garden Foundation has achieved. Everywhere I go, no matter how big or small the school,
01:04the students are happy, they're all smiling, they all can't wait to tell me how much they
01:09like Kitchen Garden. And my dream is that it should be available for every school in
01:16Australia, so that every kid has the opportunity of being introduced to lovely food and being
01:22together around a table from a very early age.
01:26The patients were terrific. I'm sure they'd done a bit of rehearsing, but that's good.
01:31They were good.
01:32So, we decided that so much changes, it's such a massive thing to undertake a revision,
01:52so I'm in the middle of that.
01:54Wow.
