00:00A man was arrested in Valenzuela after his neighbor, who has a car, temporarily ran away.

00:06The suspect explained in the breaking news of Beya Pinlac.

00:13In the jail of this 24-year-old man,

00:17after he ran away, he raped his 52-year-old neighbor,

00:22who is a bedridden person with disability in Valenzuela.

00:26He has a mental and intellectual disability.

00:31He has a hard time standing, he is always lying down or sitting in a wheelchair.

00:37And another thing is that he can't speak.

00:40Based on the investigation of the police,

00:43the suspect was seen walking near the locked door of the victim's house on Friday, September 6.

00:51The victim was left alone in their house because his brother was bought outside.

00:57On the fourth day of the suspect's return, he opened the victim's door.

01:02A neighbor asked for help from the barangay authorities

01:06when they saw the suspect enter the house.

01:09When they opened the door,

01:12they saw that the man or the suspect was lying on the victim's body.

01:21He didn't have a splint on his body, just like the victim.

01:25The victim is now at home after he underwent a medical-legal examination.

01:30We tried to get hold of the suspect, but he refused.

01:36We have nothing to say, ma'am. No comment, ma'am.

01:39It's a mixed emotion, ma'am. It's sad.

01:41The suspect filed a complaint of rape.
