00:00Today, you all know that yesterday an order was passed by the Honourable Supreme Court
00:22of India by a bench presided over by the Honourable Chief Justice, Justice Chandrachur and in
00:29that order, the bench was pleased to direct that the students, the junior doctors who
00:44are carrying on the agitation should come back to their services by 5pm today.
00:57Honourable Chief Minister and the entire government had waited till 5pm, thereafter at 5pm, our
01:14administrative officers, they had already reached this news that the doctors, if they
01:26want, ten of them can come and talk to the Supreme Authority of the government.
01:37Now at 6.10pm, email was sent to them by the Principal Secretary Health requesting them
01:51to come, ten of them, to come to Nabhanno and to talk to the Supreme Authority of the
02:03state administration. Till 7.30pm, our Honourable Chief Minister had waited but nothing came from
02:17the end of the agitating doctors, neither any mail nor any news through any media,
02:30telephonic or anything. Therefore, at 7.30pm, Honourable Chief Minister has left the premises
02:39of Nabhanno and she has always been requesting the junior doctors to come back to their services
02:51because this is a service for the common people and therefore the common people should not be
03:02deprived. So this is what she had always told them and requested them but we find that that
03:14has not yet been done and that irrespective of the direction of the Honourable Supreme Court.
03:19So this is what we want to say from the end of the administration that our Honourable Chief
03:28Minister has taken all positive steps so that the patients and the healthcare, they need the
03:39patients, they need the healthcare, they should not be deprived of that. So she had waited here
03:49and left the premises as I told at 7.30pm.
