00:00Hi everyone, so it's September month, which means that autumn is on the way, if it's not
00:08already.
00:09Summer is officially over according to the weather today, which also means lots of nice
00:14cosy nights in, in knitwear, hot chocolates, lots of coffees, and who doesn't need an excuse
00:21for a coffee?
00:23So with that in mind, I have went to a coffee shop in Preston, which is one of the highest
00:29rated with Raiders on TripAdvisor.
00:32Let's take a look and see which one it is.
00:36Hiya, I'm Grace and I work at Broom Bake, I've worked here for two years now and we
00:55are a really good coffee shop.
00:57We cater to all needs, we serve breakfast, lunch, and then in the evenings we also do
01:02evenings, so we serve pizzas, cocktails and much more.
01:05Yeah, so it's only not even gone 11 now and you're already busy, so are you open Monday
01:13to Sunday?
01:14Yeah, we're open Monday to Sunday and we do evenings on Fridays and Saturdays till late.
01:19And what do you think sets you apart from sort of other coffee shops in and around the
01:23city centre?
01:24I think it's because we're also open in the evening and we do bar and we can cater to
01:28pizzas and we also do but almost brunches type things.
01:32And what would be your most popular coffee and sort of treat to go with it?
01:36At the moment it's probably the pistachio latte or strawberry matcha.
01:42There you go guys, so if you're calling into Broom Bake in Preston city centre, ask for
01:46Grace and she'll make this for you.
