00:00Meditation is easier than you think.
00:07You can meditate everywhere, anytime, under any circumstances.
00:13It's just awareness.
00:21There are multiple ways in which to meditate.
00:23There is stillness meditation.
00:25There is mood meditation.
00:27There is silent meditation.
00:28There is meditation with sound.
00:30There is standing meditation.
00:32There is laying or seated meditation.
00:34There is focused thought meditation.
00:36And there is inner observation meditation.
00:38There is meditation with music or frequencies.
00:42There is also meditating with stones, gems or incense.
00:45The list goes on.
00:47There is no specific meditation for us.
00:49We have to find what works for us and do that.
00:52So what we call the essence of meditation is awareness.
00:57Awareness meaning knows what you are thinking, what you are feeling, what you are doing.
01:04That is awareness.
01:21The knowingness knows.
01:27Which is known but only known by that part of us that speaks, communicates by way of energy.
01:32Communication without words although words are also energy by way of symbols when written.
01:38Vibrations of high and low tones and frequencies written and spoken.
01:42Endeavour to know ourselves and become free.
01:44Know ourselves and come to see all things as they are and not as they are given.
01:49With the intent to have us perceive things as they are not.

01:53Open the curtains.
01:56Meditation.
01:59The knowingness knows.
02:05So many people think meditation is something which is very difficult.
02:11So empty mind.
02:13Don't think of anything.
02:15Concentration.
02:18Like that you know.
02:20So that is the misunderstanding.
02:23Misunderstanding about the meditation.
02:53The spiritual.
02:55Meditation.
02:58So actually meditation you don't have to do anything like block the thought or create special state of mind.
03:06Peace, calm, no need.
03:08Just simply be.
03:11So as long as you are aware of something and then maintain that awareness.
03:20That is the meditation.
