00:00The PNP confirmed that it has returned to the issuing courts for warrants against KOJC founder Apollo Quibuloy.
00:07Quibuloy should be facing Khezon City RTC branch 106 and Pasig RTC branch 159 for his return of warrants for cases of sexual abuse of minor, human trafficking and child abuse.
00:21The PNP spokesperson, Col. Gene Fajardo, said that Quibuloy does not need to personally face the RTC pastor because warrants have been returned to the issuing courts.
00:30Remember that the Supreme Court has requested the DOJ to transfer Quibuloy's cases to Khezon City RTC so that local biases can be avoided and those who will testify against him will not be afraid.
00:43Meanwhile, Quibuloy can only visit his lawyers and immediate family where he has visiting hours.
