01:16In an official communiqué issued on Monday, the regional bloc applauds this democratic
01:21act in strict compliance with the rules of international law, which is an unequivocal
01:26demonstration of the Venezuelan government's genuine interest in warranting peace and
01:31tranquility to the Venezuelan people.
01:33In another part of the document, the countries of the alliance welcome the fact that the
01:38sister Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is resolving its internal affairs in accordance
01:43with its own legally stipulated time-lapse laws and institutions.
01:48Finally, the bloc demands that internal and external extremist factors, which aims at
01:54chaos and destabilization, respect the decision of this sovereign and independent country.
