00:10The warrants of arrest issued earlier this morning against His Excellency Governor Chelilim,
00:16the warrant of arrest issued against the outgoing Deputy Governor Engineer Barorot, the warrants
00:21of arrest issued against Edwin Bates, the current County Secretary, the warrants of
00:26arrest issued against the outgoing County Attorney, Mr. Lell, all the warrants issued
00:32in relation to the four persons have been suspended, and we shall be canvassing, we
00:37shall be prosecuting the issue of lifting of all the warrants on Wednesday, the 11th
00:42of September, 2024, when the court will be mentioning this matter substantially, when
00:47all the advocates, when all the other parties in the defense will be present in court.
00:52We only are to apply for suspension this afternoon because the defense was absent,
00:57because the advocates were absent, and it was very necessary, because this is a matter
01:01of national interest, that the warrants of arrest issued against the Governor, the Deputy
01:06Governor, the outgoing County Secretary, and the outgoing County Attorney are suspended
01:11at the earliest, because they are always willing to come to court, they will be willing to
01:15come to court whenever they are required to come and shed light on any aspect of the Finland
01:20Fund, which they know or which they have interacted with in their official capacity.
