Typhoon Yagi Downgraded to Tropical Depression After Killing 59 in Vietnam

Typhoon Yagi has been downgraded to a tropical depression after slamming into Vietnam where it killed at least 59 people and left a trail of destruction across the country's northern regions. The storm is Asia's strongest this year and first hit the Philippines and southern China before making landfall in Vietnam.
