00:00Two days ago, we set off for the second time for our initiative, which is a fruit project that we started.
00:11We plant for families in their destroyed houses and in a large number of places.
00:19At this stage, we targeted about 100 families, especially in Jabalia Camp,
00:25especially in the last days of the last drought and the subsequent targets on this camp, which was almost completely destroyed.
00:35In this initiative, we planted hope for people again.
00:41Thank God, there is acceptance from people, even though they are not specialized in agriculture,
00:47but they try to rebuild themselves and regain hope again in this plant and this agriculture.
00:54The crops that we planted and the seeds, at the stage we are in, of course, it is very difficult to harvest the seeds and the crops
01:04because of their lack of access to us, but we are working on the seeds that remained before the war,
01:11most of which are local seeds, and some of the crops that we have copied from the fruits that we have produced previously,
01:18such as peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, and courgettes, of course, these are all healthy species,
01:23that is, they do not have a high productivity or fight diseases, but there is no other choice but to plant and produce a little.
01:31At the beginning of September or September, there are a large number of crops that we plant, and not all of them exist,
01:38but what we are working on now is about 10 types of peppers, cucumbers, courgettes, some local seeds, figs, carrots,
01:47and we hope that there will be an intervention or an entry into each other of the basic needs of seeds,
01:55seeds, and seeds to continue our work in this way, to increase the areas, to reduce the prices,
02:01because, frankly, the input of production is very high.
02:05This initiative, which is the Damara or Hanez initiative, God willing, we are making it available to people in their homes,
02:12so that they can enjoy themselves in planting.
02:14If it is not produced, people will enjoy themselves in planting.
02:17You always see something green, green things, or nature.
02:20One gets energy from it, one gets hope from it.
02:23It gives a positive spirit to a person, despite everything that happens to him.
02:27That is why we, I mean, the biggest goal is to return and plant hope again in Muaskar Jabalia and other areas in northern Gaza.
