00:00Two low-pressure areas are being monitored inside and outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:10The first LPA, 1,155 kilometers east-northeast of the extreme northern Luzon was last seen.

00:17The second LPA is located 2,810 kilometers east of Eastern Desayas and outside of PAR.

00:25LPAs have not yet had a direct effect on the weather, but there is a chance that they will become a typhoon.

00:32The possibility of LPAs landfalling in the country is low.

00:37For now, it will rain heavily again in a large part of Luzon.

00:42In the next few hours, it will rain almost the entire northern and central Luzon based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

00:49Heavy to intense rains are possible that could cause floods or landslides.

00:53Rainfall is also expected in parts of southern Luzon along with Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao.

01:00Thunderstorm advisory is high here in NCR, Tarlac, Pampanga, Nueva Ecija, Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, Quezon,

01:10and in parts of Zambales, Bataan, Cavite, and Laguna.

01:14Thunderstorm advisory will last until 10.30 this morning.
