00:00We got to talk about one of the other most exciting games on the docket today, Dubs,
00:06and it was the fact that Penn State, a team that we saw be so physical, so aggressive,
00:11so snarly last week, kind of fall short this week.
00:15I mean, Bowling Green controlled the entire game up until halfway through the third quarter.
00:19Then we saw that punishing defense come to life and then they completely took over the
00:22game winning 34 to 27.
00:24But I mean, they couldn't stop the run game for the life of them versus Bowling Green.

00:30Yeah, offense was a little stagnant this afternoon for the Nittany Lions, but I'll tell you what,
00:35lucky they get the W. Survive, advance, move on to the next one, 34 to 27, and they had
00:40to put up 14 to three there in the second half to make sure they went on to get the
00:44score there.
00:45For Penn State, they had two players going for more than 100 rushing, so the ground game
00:50was very, very strong there.
00:51We had Nicholas Singleton followed by Allen there, both toed the rock for more than 100.
00:56So they set the foundation, they set the tone for the Bowling Green Falcons.
01:00I mean, didn't really expect this kind of threat coming towards Penn State, but hey,
01:04they really made a game of this one.
01:06You could see from the jump, they really came ready to play there.
01:09Pretty efficient quarterback play.
01:10They really couldn't get much going with that run game, but I'll tell you what, Harold Finnan
01:14had himself an afternoon, 11 receptions for 137 receiving yards and a touchdown there.
01:21So if you're looking for a bit of a moneymaker, you know, a cup of special, Bowling Green,
01:25the old Falcons, they could cause a bit of a stir as we move through the season.
01:29But for Penn State, 34 to 27, just enough to get it done.
