00:00And that includes 10 p.m. Eastern Time out in Eugene inside Autzen Stadium. An
00:08Oregon team that was tested by FCS foe Idaho. You heard us break down the game
00:14last week on Sunday in that special edition of CFT. Oregon coming nowhere
00:19close to covering as a 48 and a half point favorite only winning by 10
00:24against the Vandals up by just three early in the fourth quarter. So how is
00:29Oregon respond now against a group of five team in Boise State that put up
00:34some prolific offensive numbers last week led by their star running back
00:39Ashton Gente and a Boise State team that won the Mountain West a season ago and
00:44is an odds-on favorite to make it to straight. Lacey Guy we go late night to
00:49Autzen Stadium. Oregon now close to a three touchdown favorite against the
00:55Broncos. Many thought this line might work against the Ducks. It's now at 19
00:59and a half and approaching 20 and a half in some spots. The odds makers
01:04expecting the resolve out of Oregon. What say you? I think I think they step
01:09up in a big way and I think they in fact cover this number. Now when you look at
01:12last week's performances Oregon struggled with Idaho. That was a team
01:16that they had dominated 23 straight meetings. They were 23 and 0 in terms of
01:20that win streak. They gave up three sacks. That was untypical in regards to that.
01:25Five sacks allowed all of last year and I remember sitting around talking to the
01:29both of you saying you know Dylan Gabriel was pedestrian finished with
01:33over 300 yards and completed 83 percent of his passes Kevin. To me that's the
01:39matchup. As good as Boise State was on the ground with Gentry last week that
01:43defense got torched for well over 300 yards. I think Dylan Gabriel starts fast.
01:48Those wide receivers exploit the secondary and I think it's Oregon and
01:53the over later tonight. Totally disagree. Well I mean the total whatever I don't
01:57care. I this is one of these games where I looked at it I go man Oregon was
02:02disappointing probably a bye low and I went oh no wait never mind I'm out on
02:06the Ducks. This is a great spot for Boise who last week in a win and a near cover
02:11also has some things that they need to figure out. That defense is supposed to
02:14be much better than what we saw last week. I think that unit's gonna look to
02:17step up in a major way and for people who are saying the box score says
02:21Oregon deserved better. Okay they were 50-point favorites so maybe they should
02:27have won the game by 24 instead of two. Who cares? They were one of the most
02:31underwhelming teams in all of week one. Any way you slice it and you go up
02:37against the Boise team that I think could be very difficult to create
02:40necessary separation to cover a number like this because of Ashton Gente. The
02:45ball will stay on the ground and it'll be good work on the ground because of
02:48the caliber of running back that Boise State has here. I like this game here at
02:5319 and a half. I'm on the Broncos.
