00:12And of course, women empowerment, with your films, you've spread out that message.
00:16Kareena, now that you are also turning a producer, in light of the Hema Justice Committee report,
00:22both of you, how do you ensure there's a safe environment for women on set,
00:26and what's your take on the same?
00:30I think I'll take this.
00:34Women and their safety is not just an industry issue.
00:41It's any woman at work place issue.
00:44And we take this very seriously.
00:48And like I said, a lot of women have to now lead.
00:56So that a lot of women can join forces.
00:59And that, producing a film, two female producers coming together and making a film,
01:09telling a crime story, which is sorted by a female officer,
01:14is also a step at creating some kind of safety and some kind of power.
01:21You see, we have to change the agency from men to women and equalize the agency.
01:27A lot of places, we need women on the top.
01:30And at least running companies.
01:32And for that, women also have to make an initiative.
01:35And like I said, the report will come, we will read more about it.
01:41But a conscious effort to keep a safe environment for women at any place at work,
01:48a big part of it will be women leading professional jobs.
01:55And I think that has to start happening. It's still a very sluggish place.
