01:59The suspects and the rescuers are under CIDG's custody in Camp Kramie.

04:44Marshy was found with wounds on his body in Dunzol, Pangasinan in May last year.

04:51While Valentina, a dynamite blast survivor, was found this March in Ilocos Norte.

04:58Three of them were affected by the pandemic.

05:03But now, these rescued marine mammals are on the road to recovery.

05:08With the help of the rehabilitation facility of Ocean Adventure in Subic, which is also a member of the Philippine Marine Mammals Stranding Network.

05:17They are brought to the rehab pen.

05:21And when they recover, when they are okay, when they are ready, they will be transferred here to the open water facility.

05:29Our criteria is, if they are normally receiving medication, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, then they cannot be released.

05:37We have conditions that our rescued marine mammals have an impairment or condition that they cannot return to open water.
