00:00a prepaid call from Kevin, an inmate at the county correctional facility.
00:10Are you okay?
00:11The loss of his mother, maybe that's why he and his wife are having problems.
00:14He doesn't speak to his dad as much either.
00:17What?
00:18I didn't know that.
00:19How's your book going?
00:20I'm getting a perspective of somebody who is...
00:21I'm a lawyer.
00:22I'm a lawyer.
00:23I'm a lawyer.
00:24I'm a lawyer.
00:25I'm a lawyer.
00:26I'm a lawyer.
00:27I'm a lawyer.
00:28I'm a lawyer.
00:29I'm a lawyer.
00:30I'm a lawyer.
00:31I'm a lawyer.
00:32I'm a lawyer.
00:33I'm a lawyer.
00:34I'm a lawyer.
00:35I'm a lawyer.
00:36Honestly, that was an act of therapy because I can't figure it out by myself.
00:37Scratchy is out of jail, but he didn't call me to let me know he was released.
00:39I mean, nothing.
00:41Something must have happened.
00:42When we just lay eyes on little Kevin, I'll feel better.
00:45Everyone hope.
00:46Guess who on the phone?
00:48Who?
00:49Little Kevin.
00:50The situation with Kevin Jr seems to be getting worse on the day.
00:53Me and Aunt Trina are going to come to you.
00:56We can figure it all out.
00:58All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's almost time.
01:11The living room is ready to go.
01:12I'm rolling five.
01:13Thanks, honey.
01:14I think this is it.
01:15See if it'll open this door, huh?
01:16No, you go ahead.
01:17No, you go ahead.
01:18You go ahead.
01:19Open the door.
01:20No, you go.
01:21Okay.
01:22Oh, okay.
01:23Okay.
01:24Thank you, sir.
01:25This is nice, man.
01:26It's not bad.
01:27Yeah, yeah.
01:28We are back in the DMV aurora, as Tracy would say, and we always know how to have fun here
01:39because this is home, you know?
01:41But we're here to check on little Kevin because he's still grieving, rightfully so, because
01:47he just lost his mom, and he's going through a nasty, nasty divorce.
01:53So since he likes to withdraw and not ask for help, we are planning on having a dinner
01:59to really rally the family around him to show him that he's not alone.
02:03Who's over here?
02:04I wonder.
02:05Oh, the washer and dryer.
02:06Same time, knock on wood, you owe me a vodka.
02:07Same time, knock on wood, you owe me a martini.
02:08No.
02:09I said gin.
02:10You said a martini.
02:11Martini can't be mixed with vodka.
02:12Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:13When we say things at the same time, we say, same time, knock on wood, you owe me a whatever
02:22the case may be.
02:23So if I say, same time, knock on wood, you owe me a lemon drop, and she says, same time,
02:28knock on wood, you owe me a vodka, she wins because vodka just by itself has a higher
02:33count than a lemon drop.
02:35It's hard to explain if you're not us, but we get it.
02:39I just have one fear.
02:42I just don't want to see Vaughn butt naked with some tube socks on.
02:44I just can't.
02:45First of all, Vaughn does not even wear tube socks.
02:47I was about to say.
02:48I can't guarantee you I won't walk through this bitch butt naked.
02:52Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:53I'm just saying.
02:54I'm going to book it right now.
02:55I need some water.
02:56Oh, no.
02:57We booking it.
02:58And then we can have the whole place up.
02:59Yes.
03:00Yes.
03:01You can be naked with tube socks on all you want.
03:02Yes, because we like walking around our way, too.
03:03Yes.
03:04No.
03:05Don't nobody want to watch Vaughn walk around the corner butt ass naked, open up the refrigerator.
03:08Don't nobody want to see that, talking about, you want some breakfast?
03:11Nope.
03:12Mm-mm.
03:13Where your ring at?
03:15He lost it.
03:16I didn't lose it.
03:17How'd you lose it?
03:18I didn't lose it.
03:19So that's not what happened.
03:20What happened?
03:21Let me tell you what really happened.
03:22So there was some function she had where I wore it, and I bumped my hand or something
03:23and it cut me, so I took it off, and I can't find it.
03:24Oh, so you lost it.
03:25You lost it.
03:26It's just some place.
03:27That's the definition of I lost it.
03:28Bro, I didn't lose it.
03:29Some place in the house.
03:30It can't be in the house if you just said you took it off at the event.
03:31I put it in my pocket.
03:32How long ago was that?
03:33It's been a while.
03:34It was this calendar year.
03:35You know what?
03:36I'm just going to find it.
03:37You lost it?
03:38I'm just going to find it.
03:39You lost it?
03:40I'm just going to find it.
03:41You lost it?
03:42I'm just going to find it.
03:43You lost it?
03:44I'm just going to find it.
03:45You lost it?
03:46I'm just going to find it.
03:47You lost it?
03:48I'm just going to find it.
03:49You lost it?
03:50I'm just going to find it.
03:51You lost it?
03:52I'm just going to find it.
03:53You lost it?
03:54I'm just going to find it.
03:55You lost it?
03:56I'm just going to find it.
03:57You lost it?
03:58I'm just going to find it.
03:59You lost it?
04:00I'm just going to find it.
04:01You lost it?
04:02I'm just going to find it.
04:03You lost it?
04:04I'm just going to find it.
04:05You lost it?
04:06I'm just going to find it.
04:07You lost it?
04:08I'm just going to find it.
04:09You lost it?
04:10You never heard that.
04:11OK.
04:12Because when he started talking, his voice was scratched.
04:13He used to talk like this.
04:14So I call him Scratch.
04:15Got you.
04:16Yeah.
04:17So I'm excited to see where little Kevin is.
04:18But maybe we need to do something fun too.
04:22Yeah.
04:23Like go-kart racing or something like that, before we talk about the hard stuff.
04:26Yes.
04:27Yes.
04:28I booked it, honey.
04:29We got it.
04:30Growing up in Maryland, we used to go go-karting all the time.
04:33So I thought it'd be fun to do something that reminds us of Tracy while we're here.
04:36Let's go check into our hotel that's like seven minutes away.
04:39So we don't see tube socks and balls.
04:41And then, Trina, well, I'll be back.
04:42Disgusting time.
04:43We'll be here.
04:44Disgusting.
04:45Why is his balls disgusting to you?
04:46I'll be riding around the city with my red horse.
04:47Girl, I know you looking at me.
04:48Baby, say sorry.
04:49Like a suicide party.
04:50Girl, if I make it, I'll be looking back.
04:51Hey, Trina.
04:52So are you guys in D.C. now?
04:53Yeah, we're going to spend some time with Daddy and little Mikey.
04:54Little Kevin.
04:55Little Kevin.
04:56How is he doing?
04:57Yeah, he's doing OK.
04:58He's doing OK.
04:59He's doing OK.
05:00He's doing OK.
05:01He's doing OK.
05:02He's doing OK.
05:03He's doing OK.
05:04He's doing OK.
05:05He's doing OK.
05:06He's doing OK.
05:07He's doing OK.
05:08He's doing OK.
05:09He's doing OK.
05:10He's doing OK.
05:11He's doing OK.
05:12He's doing OK.
05:13He's doing OK.
05:14He's doing OK.
05:15He's doing OK.
05:16He's doing OK.
05:17He's doing OK.
05:18He's doing OK.
05:19He's doing OK.
05:20He's doing OK.
05:21He's doing OK.
05:22He's doing OK.
05:23He's doing OK.
05:24He's doing OK.
05:25He's doing OK.
05:26He's doing OK.
05:27He's doing OK.
05:28He's doing OK.
05:29He's doing OK.
05:30He's doing OK.
05:31He's doing OK.
05:32He's doing OK.
05:33That's a big negative, soldier.
05:34I mean...
05:35I can't.
05:36Are you willing to?
05:37Yeah.
05:38I can understand that no one really wants to talk to little Kevin's father because there
05:48was a pretty public rift between our side of the family and him right after Tracy passed.
05:53We understood from Tracy herself that she didn't want a funeral.
05:58She wanted to stay private for that part of her passing, but Tracy's husband decided to
06:01have a funeral anyway and put it on the internet.
06:05And you never know.
06:06A marriage is a private affair, so you never know what Tracy and her husband talked about.
06:11Or maybe he needed that for himself, so I got to be fair about that.
06:15But I'm just saying, maybe it's worth finding out more information of why little Kevin is
06:20restrained from his father so we can help him find peace.
06:23Whatever that means, whatever that is for little Kevin.
06:26I feel some kind of way about everything that happened, but I don't know.
06:30I would just like to know.
06:31There is a curiosity there.
06:32We heard Tracy.
06:33He chose what he wanted for himself personally over what she wanted.
06:39But we don't know what goes on in a marriage.
06:41We don't know what him and Tracy talked about.
06:43We don't know.
06:44We don't.
06:45Yes, I do.
06:46Yes, I do.
06:47Yes, I do.
06:48Because I was right there in the room when she passed.
06:49I was right there in the room.
06:50There was no conversation.
06:51There was no talk.
06:52She wasn't even able to.
06:53Toni has always tried to be the peacekeeper of the family, and it's probably because she's
06:57the oldest, but I'm in no way in the right frame of mind to meet with Tracy's widower.
07:03I think that if that's something that you guys want to do.
07:06No, it has to be all of us.
07:07Let's agree to disagree, but agree to discuss it.
07:11Right now, I'm not for it, but together as a family, we can talk about it.
07:17Okay, I'll take that.
07:19Toni Braxton, bless your heart and all your parts for trying to make peace with this man.
07:24But good luck trying to convince us all, Toni Braxton.
07:27So, Tay, I have to ask, because obviously the cameras are here, why the decision to
07:35return to the show?
07:38Last time we talked, y'all were going to take it another step.
07:42I got my little plan I'm working on.
07:45I visited your mother about who she wants to control her image, brand, and likeness.
07:53And that was one person.
07:55Production wanted Lil' Kevin to film with his dad.
07:58We're out!
07:59Out, Jay!
08:00I'm coming, I'm coming, I'm coming.
08:01Don't push me.
08:15Hi!
08:16Hi!
08:17Welcome to K1, everyone.
08:19You guys are going to be on track one.
08:20All right, cool.
08:21So, you guys could come inside.
08:22You're going to have to take off your hats.
08:24So, you have a cubbyhole or something?
08:26I do have a little bin, yes.
08:27Sure, I'm going to put hers in my cubbyhole.
08:29Would you like it?
08:30I mean, y'all sisters, it's good to share.
08:32We sure.
08:35I really want to see Lil' Kevin, and we're going to take a deeper dive with him a little
08:39later this evening with the rest of the family.
08:41But for now, we're going to just have a little bit of fun and go on these go-karts.
08:46All right, party people.
08:47Right foot down on the gas, all the way down.
08:52Did we start yet?
09:01How did I get behind Trina?
09:06It's fast.
09:07It's too fast.
09:11Sean took first place.
09:12Let's just be clear, okay?
09:13My honey, he took—my king took first place.
09:16Of course he did.
09:18Yeah, and Vaughn took second place, and I wasn't far behind.
09:22But Trina?
09:24Trina weenie?
09:30This isn't—
09:33I mean, she's acting like her foot is allergic to the gas pedal.
09:37Oh my God, Trina.
09:40Trina, you're so slow.
09:43This isn't fun.
09:44This is not—this isn't fun.
09:47No, no, no.
09:49I feel like we lapped Trina about at least three times.
09:53Driving isn't her gift.
09:59Let me tell you something.
10:00Slow and steady usually wins the race, but they're zooming past me, and it's making me anxious.
10:09This is un-fun.
10:17Oh my God.
10:22I murdered them.
10:24All right, y'all.
10:25I have your medals.
10:26I already know.
10:27First place, you already know.
10:29Don't play with me.
10:30Don't play with me.
10:31Second place, Vaughn.
10:34Third place, Vaughn.
10:39Look, I'm okay with being the slowest driver.
10:41That means that my insurance rates are lower.
10:44Okay?
10:45So if y'all want to go driving all crazy and then your insurance company sees how y'all driving all crazy,
10:50I'm still going to have my low rates.
10:52And y'all rates are going to go up.
10:57That was fun.
10:58It was cool.
10:59It was fun.
11:00Can I say something, y'all?
11:02Yes.
11:03I want to be addressed as a number one place winner and lord of all.
11:06That's my new name.
11:07I got another word for it.
11:08What is that?
11:09Sean.
11:10Okay, gotcha.
11:13Sean, I know you like the barbecue.
11:14No, he's got a share.
11:15I want some, too.
11:16Oh, that looks good.
11:17You cooked this, honey?
11:18I did, just for you.
11:19Man, that's awesome.
11:20Y'all are acting like a married couple.
11:22And speaking of which, are we going to hear wedding bells anytime soon?
11:28Don't again.
11:29Don't again.
11:30Well, I'm just saying, when Raxxon Family Values was on television, Sean went to go talk to daddy about your hand in marriage.
11:36He did?
11:37Yes.
11:38He did that?
11:39Huh?
11:41All I know is that when we last shot Raxxon Family Values, Sean asked my father for Tawanda's hand in marriage.
11:51You know, me and Tawanda have been kicking it for a long time.
11:54So, I was coming to ask you for your blessing.
11:57You really don't want my blessing because if I say no, you're going to marry her anyway.
12:01That's all I'm saying.
12:02You don't go to the cash register and ask for a burger if you're not planning on eating it.
12:07What'd you eat, O?
12:08No.
12:09No.
12:11Or would you do the whole grandiose sweating thing?
12:14No.
12:16People keep asking me, what are your feelings about Sean proposing?
12:21That's not a question that you need to ask me.
12:23That's a question that you need to ask Sean because, first of all, I can't propose myself.
12:29I'm not ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever pushing any man to propose.
12:39That's the worst thing you could ever do.
12:42So, you went to talk to him about some **** you wasn't going to do?
12:47That's how it sounds to me.
12:48Excuse me a minute.
12:50What?
12:51I'm sorry, I thought we were all saying things that don't make sense.
12:53Ah!
12:58Let's go five minutes wrapping up makeup. Let's get it. Let's get it. Let's get it time. It's time
13:17Welcome to another week of we sound crazy
13:20Special special edition. I got champagne already
13:24Episode I couldn't do our hundredth episode alone
13:28Tamar Braxton's in the building
13:32Thanks for having me on the anniversary I was trying to wait
13:45I have been
13:47Really good friends for maybe like five years and he's been an intricate part in my career
13:53So when Phil decided he was going to do a podcast I was one of the people who showed up for them
14:02It just felt right to do their hundredth episode because you know from the time that I did the show it wasn't very well known
14:08To one of the biggest music related podcasts that is out right now
14:12So say what are you working on these days? What are you excited about? What's what's new?
14:17I am
14:19Wrapping up my album
14:22I get so shy talking about myself. I hate talking about myself. I know why you cuz she got candles
14:29She got a whole bunch of stuff going on candles. Well, the candle line is it's very near and dear to my heart
14:34It's called intentions by TV
14:36my spiritual candles became very close to me when you know, I became aware of my mental journey and
14:44I started to set intentions on what I wanted my life to look like and so these are
14:50Intentional candles that you burn and there is also a stone and it's just to you know
14:55To remind yourself to pray over what you want to manifest. I love that. I
15:00Just want to say this
15:01I've appreciated how you've been
15:03candid about just
15:05your mental health and everything that you've gone through because it for me like it helps to kind of put a lot of the music
15:10into context we can kind of connect a
15:13Certain song to something that she might have spoken on previously. So I appreciate you for that. Thank you. Thank you
15:19Yeah
15:21Well, you know the truth about mental health is that it shouldn't be a silent thing, you know
15:25It's when your silence silent about it. That's when it kills you, you know, and
15:30You know, we have to normalize talking about things that bother us and talking about things that no one wants to say
15:37just not only to save your life, but someone else's to I
15:43Have a question I hope I'm not going too deep we've seen the highs we've seen the lows and
15:48You just continue to just push past through it all what keeps you going
15:55Even when I want to quit I don't want to quit
15:58Does that make sense? Yes, if I'm supposed to stop then I wouldn't be here. Right, right
16:02And then it's also my son. I also want to be a
16:07Good example for him not just from a woman's standpoint from a human being
16:12If there's nobody else in the world that he can look up to I need him to be able to look up to me
16:17And I deserve, you know to be proud of myself at the end of the day I deserve to be happy hundred percent
16:23So I can't be happy about my life if I'm not proud of myself
16:26Yeah, so take I have to ask because obviously the cameras are here get the Braxton's TV show cameras
16:33Why the decision to return to the show? Oh
16:38Y'all really trying me today
16:44It's crazy because
16:47for me
16:49Being a Braxton is my legacy. It's my birthright, right?
16:53but not all of the things that
16:56Comes along with that. Am I proud of?
17:08I'm finally taking this modeling thing. Seriously, so you want to do modeling?
17:14Why do you wait until you're in a state of emergency to call on your family as a man
17:19I'm trying to figure things out myself. I come to y'all all the time. I'm having hardships
17:25Where's I leave me?
17:29This ain't about production this part of the narrative was never told
17:35We didn't leave our sister
17:38What you don't want me to do is really tell the truth, oh no, yes
17:54So take I have to ask because obviously the cameras are here get the Braxton's TV show cameras
18:01Why the decision to return to the show? Oh
18:04Y'all really trying me today
18:08Um
18:13Well, it became important to my family
18:17It was really important for Tracy to tell her story. I remember when she was on her deathbed
18:22She wanted people to see her journey and what she was going through. I told her then that I would do it then
18:29When the rest of my family signed up, my mom really came to me humbly and asked me to do it
18:35I just didn't want any more regrets, you know, so you're the last one on board. Yeah
18:42And as amazing the Braxton's was for everyone
18:45For me, that wasn't my story. Yeah for me. It was another story for me. It was a lot and mentally draining
18:53I'll say so when is everybody gonna get to know the real Taylor?
18:56What is that gonna happen? I miss the funny moments the the funny moments of the songs
19:03Yeah
19:08For me that's one of the things that made me continue to tune in every week
19:12So yeah, yeah, if I could just have that that would be I would love for the show to get back to that
19:17Yeah, because that that is the truth a
19:22So what changes this time? How do you protect your mental your soul this time around?
19:28Well, I protect my mental space no matter what
19:33No matter what I'm doing. And so I know that I am highly and
19:39Easily triggered right by this show by my sisters by what we talked about
19:45So there is a therapist on set on set whenever I step on set because I can't lose control
19:51I can't go backward every set or that is that a special demand as it
19:55Depends on the show and depends on the
19:58Individuals involved but to me it's a necessary. It's a lot. Yeah a lot. It's a lot
20:04Especially when you know, you feel that you know, the picture that is being painted looks nothing like you. Yeah, you know
20:10It takes a lot for a person to really feel
20:15comfortable and vulnerable enough to spill their guts out and
20:20How their past traumas has prohibited them from being their best selves, well, it's gonna be better this time
20:27I'm a glass half-full person. It's gonna be better this time. Yeah. Well, I'm better this time, too
20:33You know
20:34I know when to say when and I know the things that I need in order for me to even be present to do
20:39It real talk. This has been wouldn't wouldn't want to share with anyone but you yeah
20:45Thank you guys for having me it's always a pleasure to come we're out of here y'all
20:49We sound crazy. See you next week
21:01We're expecting a lot of people
21:04Hey cameras up the cameras up the audio you guys happy. Yeah, we're ready. Is everything ready? Is the food ready?
21:12Everybody ready to rock
21:15She's nice where we sitting on it here here. All right. Okay. Stay wide. Here comes. Mr. Brackett
21:23Dr. Braxton, it's been a long time since we all got together
21:29Kissing all on my woman
21:32Even though we all have our own
21:35personal
21:37Kissing all on my woman
21:40Even though we all have our own paths and journey
21:44We always come together whenever someone needs someone in the family, and I hope
21:50This will help little Kevin know that he can go deeper when it comes to relying on us and to tell us how we can
21:58Help him our Amada says listen, we may fight hard, but we love even harder
22:04I'm trip up. It was good. It was quick quick. Yeah. Okay. So how you been?
22:10You know, I'm still trying to get things straight. What you mean the last time we talked you said
22:18You y'all were gonna
22:20Take it another step
22:25Yeah
22:28I'll be right back. I'm gonna go use the restroom. I'll be right back. I
22:31Know my daddy is going to inquire about him taking my hand in marriage
22:36So I'm just gonna go ahead and excuse myself and allow Shawn to take it from here
22:41My primary objective is to make sure she's happy
22:45We just in a great place and you know, I got my little plan
22:49I got you know, I'm working on so, you know, if something happens, you'll be the first to know
22:53I don't want to be first to want to be the first
22:57All right, you'd be the second
22:59Hey y'all look who we look I found
23:09One thing about the Braxton family is that we roll deep
23:18I
23:19Thought it was gonna be daddy. No Kevin and Mikey
23:24But little Mikey came little Conrad came baby ends up Denise and it's so good to see everyone I
23:33Think it's good that we all get together. What it's been a long time since we were all together like this. When was it traces?
23:45How have y'all been since this moment is passing
23:48It's moments of damn she ain't here type of thing, you know, but for me I feel her energy and I feel her spirit everywhere
23:56You know, your mom used to call me every day every morning
24:00She would send me some little quirk that I laugh in the morning
24:06and I
24:09Miss that
24:18I
24:28Could tell that he's really really grieving still deeply and you cannot put a timestamp on the person's grief grief and healing
24:37So, I mean, I can't even imagine how he feels right now. So what can we do for you?
24:44as a family
24:46It's a good question, right I
24:49Feel like I'm at a certain point. Well, like I don't know how that looks for me
24:56But I'm reaching out it's an emergency
25:00Why do you wait until?
25:02You're in the state of emergency to call on your family. Why can't we be there for you?
25:07Throughout the whole process. Yeah going through y'all
25:11You know ups and downs
25:14Yeah
25:15And it's not a hand thing, you know when I'm when I am going through my ups and downs. It's like
25:22As a man, I'm trying to figure things out myself, too
25:26So if I come to y'all all the time, I'm having hardships
25:32Where's I leave me
25:44Good I'm going to the gym bitches bitch. I'm fat if this girl hit me with this fast way to go
25:49I'm gonna give you ten swings
25:52Your mother gave me permission to record her
25:56And I did they recorded the whole conversation every time
26:06Why do you wait until
26:08You're in the state of emergency to call on your family
26:11Why can't we be there for you throughout the whole process as a man?
26:16I'm trying to figure things out myself. So if I come to y'all all the time, I'm having hardships. Where's I leave me?
26:25No, we don't try to figure it out for you
26:28We just want to let you know, we understand what you're going to we've been there and we just want to tell you it's okay
26:34It's okay to hurt
26:37It's alarming to think that every time Kevin jr
26:41Is contacting a family member that it's an emergency but we want to make it clear to him that we're here for him to lean
26:47On whenever he needs to talk to us, not just for emergencies. What's been going on? You want to share?
26:55Do you have to go back to court from what happened that that night or what?
26:59Are you serious I sure do
27:05How is your relationship with your daddy I'm feeling that there's a wedge in
27:10Between what Tracy wanted what you wanted to see and her wishes
27:18You know my mom and and how well
27:22She put a lot of things in place for me to handle her arrangements
27:27It was something that she already put in a place before she even got sick
27:32The confusion is with my father because he feels though
27:37Maybe she wasn't in her right mind
27:41My father thought it was an influence on my mother's condition the things that your mom decided
27:49My
27:54Sadness right now isn't even for me
27:57it's for you because I
27:59Know that's hurting. I feel your confusion. But the thing is the things that your mom left. She didn't leave to us
28:05No, she left to you sweetheart. Yeah, and she made that very bad. She made it extremely clear
28:12She didn't put us in charge of anything
28:14Why because to me my father is like the questions in the position that I've been placed into it's like
28:23It's your fault
28:27I'm not I'm not the one that asked for this
28:30Well, you know, maybe you can say hey dad
28:33You know what that was between you and mom and I say that already
28:36And then the answer I get was you don't understand how it is to be a husband
28:43Well, you weren't married to your mind
28:46As you said, she already told you what she was going to do
28:49But we know mothers do that with their kids mothers do that with their sons, especially my sons
28:55They'll talk to their mother and I know she tells them stuff
29:01You know the experience of your dad
29:04Telling you certain things that you just can't comprehend and it confuses you probably makes you feel worse
29:10My thing is you can't be mad at Kevin jr. For what?
29:15Tracy wanted this is what she wanted. That's the very
29:20inconsiderate
29:22Disgusting thing that you could ever do to your child is to make them feel guilty about something that someone else did and
29:30Regardless on if you agree with it or not, you just have to respect it
29:36Me my father is
29:38Where do I stand in this life? And I was talking to him and I was like
29:44You're sitting there asking me about
29:47Yourself. All right. What about me?
29:52I'm sad right now. I'm by myself at this time. I'm like
29:59I miss my mom
30:07We heard Trina had a interesting day today, I'm sorry my skin Wow
30:17Hey, where's they were facetiming and then he started slurring then she said the phone blacked out
30:30Oh
30:40How you doing I'm going to the gym because bitch I'm fat
30:46I'm Jerry good to meet you
30:48I'm an LA girl. So that's what we do in LA. We work out all the time
30:53And it's time to gather all the girls to the yard
30:56So you guys ready ready to get pumped up here, yeah
30:59Fantastic. So I'm gonna turn this bell on here. Each round is three minutes of pop
31:04Now you tell me if you want a level 10 or you want a level 7
31:09Just start off. Oh, it's been a minute for me, but we need to go to level
31:15Let's go boom boom. Yep. Give me 20
31:20Give me 10 swings if this girl hit me with this fast way to go. I'm gonna give you 10 swings
31:26I
31:28Dares is 21. Yo, he
31:31Still got some black behind his ears, right? Good. Good. Get on up for me
31:36See you don't know for me a lot of my gay friends that are older
31:39They go to the gym all the time, but those young generation of friends
31:44You need water for what they don't go to the gym
31:49They see lemon peppers with pepper wings and the pepper shrimps
31:57You
32:03Not with all that mouth you don't win me
32:10Cuz I'm a boss
32:12Laughs I all school we picked up that but I thought I know what I was back in the day
32:16Thank you. You guys did amazing. I'm another client to go to but it's so great. Thank you
32:23You guys have no one all right
32:26Did you like that? Yeah, I'm not calling you. We have in the scruffle. I'm calling now
32:31I want one first, you know, you're gonna have to get in shape because
32:34This schedule is ridiculous
32:36Yes, speaking of schedule. Um, I think tomorrow we have the studio with nine
32:47I'm so nervous about it. I
32:50Understand your nervousness, but you're so good
32:53Put your talent like your music has helped me through a lot of stuff so
32:57You got to thank people already my book though. Yeah
33:01Yeah
33:04They are some are therapeutic, okay, some are very very hard
33:09because I'm talking about everything from you know, my relationship with dance and why we're not together and
33:17The real reason why we broke up and the real the real reason why I left reality TV and the real reason
33:22Behind everything you hold back a lot
33:26you know, I feel like I have to
33:28my book is about self-reflection and you can't really have a
33:33real
33:35Self-defining moment unless you're honest with yourself
33:37I have to be comfortable with not just my truth, but the truth and
33:44my book is
33:45Not just helpful to me but helpful to other people to see the truth in their lives
33:52Listen I'm gonna start there's a workout group. No, you don't do it. Yeah, I gotta get a six-pack
33:58Muscles, yeah, you're six-pack and I gotta unbig my bag. What bag this bag? No bad all the bags
34:15I
34:29Today I am meeting with little Kevin and attorney Antavious Weems
34:34He has been a family attorney for a very long time over here wherever you want to be wherever you want to be
34:39The purpose of visiting with attorney Weems office is to clarify a few things that were outlined in Tracy's will
34:46Last time I saw you we were here because I came to take you to the courthouse. Mm-hmm to
34:52Probate your mother's will there's still some issues between I guess how?
34:58My father feels and how I feel
35:00Tell me a little bit about that. I guess he feels like I was a blindsided, but it's not like it's not done the right way
35:09So I think that's it's hard for him to understand like why did she put everything in my hands?
35:14So I think that's the biggest thing that he has
35:18It kind of hurts me I feel like she was not like mine I'm gonna do you photos. Oh, she was okay at that time. I
35:26Visited your mother
35:28before she began to decline and
35:31A lot of people don't know this but your mother gave me permission to record her
35:37And I did
35:39We recorded the whole conversation every time maybe she believed that somebody was going to in some way challenge it
35:48She knew exactly what she was doing
35:51about
35:52Who she wanted to be her executor and who she wanted to control her image brand and likeness. Mm-hmm, and
36:00That was one person
36:06Your
36:09Mother she was
36:11incredibly confident about
36:13Who she wanted to be her executor and that was one person
36:22It was you yeah
36:24And your mother was absolutely lucid
36:29Your mom stood in her kitchen and cooked me oxtails
36:33The famous oxtails
36:36And the curry chicken and Tavius visited Tracy on several occasions when she was in fact in her right mind
36:42How do I know I was there and the only caveat in there was she wanted to make sure that you were ready?
36:50There were certain things that Tracy wanted to
36:53Keep between Tracy and her attorney, but Tracy was absolutely in her right mind
36:59She trusts me so much with her legacy that she'll put in my hands
37:04There's a stuff she told me when I was young really right so this is no surprise to you
37:09It wasn't surprised to me today. If I said something ever happened to me. I'm putting everything in your name
37:15Only thing that kind of changed for me is when she said she didn't want a funeral service or viewing
37:23She did not want a service she didn't want her sorority any other organization to do a memorial
37:31Not because she didn't love them, but she said
37:34I don't want people to have to grieve that hard looking down on me
37:40The people I love I want them to be able to go celebrate because you know your mom was down for a party
37:47My father, you know me being married
37:49I can understand where it's kind of a difficulty, but I got born into this family you got married into this family
37:58I
38:00Mean you have the lineage you have a bloodline here, and you have grown
38:05Incredibly since I've seen
38:12She knew you had it in you she's mine
38:14She's smiling turning wings has really armed Kevin with a lot of knowledge clarity and information to get some understanding about
38:22Why Tracy did things the way she did for little Kevin anytime you can hear something from someone who can remove themselves from a
38:30Situation is always a good thing
38:32Now putting y'all out kicking us. Oh, yeah
38:37You've been put out by much better
38:52Into the kitchen
39:05The second Trina got back to the rental
39:07Sean and I ran over as fast as we could to hear how the meeting went with Antavious
39:13And I just pray that there were no surprises
39:17Hey
39:20I do what do you have? What do you have? I have burr and I have
39:24Vodka with what with um lime a I would love that. That sounds great, and we also have
39:30Orange juice lemonade cola you want me to get my own dear you can mix us up a cute little cocktail, okay?
39:38What are you doing?
39:39You said yes, I said yes to what my dad said you want me to get my own drink, and you said yes
39:44What I'm talking to them, I don't know I thought you told me to get my own when you start making your own drinks
39:50I'll wait
39:51You still being watched game. What would you like that? What what drink um what we have?
39:59Wow
40:00When the game's going on that means I'm not gonna get any hugging and loving to get with the kissing. That's just that's his vine
40:07Sports
40:09We heard Trina had a interesting day today
40:12Very very much, so can you fill us in what happened son and in a nutshell mm-hmm and Trina's opinion
40:20It's a tug-of-war of who's in control power
40:23It just feels like is that blames him that Tracy made the choices that she made it wasn't that
40:29Our sister was on her deathbed, and no these decisions
40:32She made these decisions when she was years before she was even sick. Yeah way before she was even diagnosed with yeah
40:38Esophageal cancer you just made for whatever reason that she didn't choose you she didn't choose you to be that person
40:46You lived your life
40:48Put the baby live his oh
40:51Tell you what little Kevin said hmm, and I was so proud of him for saying this he said my dad married into this family
40:58But I was born into
41:09In my opinion
41:11His dad is just a little jealous that Tracy put him in the will the way that she put him in the will he was
41:16I think he believes that it should have been him
41:20That's it you know earlier today
41:25Production wanted little Kevin to film with his dad and our dad
41:31But I'm not sure what that was going to
41:34Wait a minute because I'm gonna be honest. I made it very clear
41:39I'm not trying to give a platform from his dad to film in any way shape or form
41:43Why don't want him to have a wet work? Oh gee well, yeah
41:51Why would y'all want him to be on the show
41:54It's a present this for real. Why would we want? I'll wait. Yeah, cuz to me honestly
41:59This is the Braxton's and what this is about
42:01This is y'all so you guys ain't okay with it, then it's not gonna happen
42:06never
42:07by no means
42:10Do I ever want that individual to have any type of platform on our platform ever again?
42:20This don't push me
42:32You
42:37Next Friday on the Braxton's I hit the bull's-eye get a grandbaby
42:41What you got homie?
42:43I'm in the studio Vince will always be intricate part of my life. I've been so nervous you got this
42:49You don't know everything Tracy's birthday is coming up. We should have a birthday party
42:56This part of the narrative was never told
42:59Never the Braxton's all new next Friday at 930 part of
