00:00An aerial inspection was carried out by President Bongbong Marcos in the areas that were hit by the typhoon Enteng.

00:05Next to Marikina and Rizal, the President found the Marikina River flooded.

00:12Also, the calbong part of the Rizal mountain has quarrying activities or houses were built.

00:20The President said that this is one of the reasons why landslides occurred.

00:26Laws should be passed against the activities that cause landslides in the mountains.

00:37We have to be much stricter about it because now it's not a question of illegal activities,

00:44it's life and death already.

00:46Many are dying because of what they are doing.
