00:27Last August, the road and drainage system rehabilitation project of DPWH Laguna 2nd District Engineering Office was blocked.

00:37But this May, the project was left unattended.

00:41The cement and materials used in the construction were a huge loss to some residents and motorists.

00:48It's been a year.

00:49They took it because they just left it.

00:52It's smelly. They just did what they wanted.

00:55First of all, the safety of the people here.

01:01We didn't expect that there would be an accident.

02:05are talking about the outfall of the drainage system.

02:10so it's hard to deliver some construction materials.

02:14And the relocation of utility lines.

02:17The local government asked for clarification because of the delays.

02:21The project is now being reconstructed

02:24after the issue with the contractor has been resolved

02:27and it will be completed by the end of November.
