00:00How do you feel right now and tell us about the pace and the beat record that you achieved?
00:05I'm so happy because this is the end of the season. I did good timing.
00:09I never think because yesterday there was a heat. The climate was so hot.
00:14Because suddenly two days before there was a raining, yesterday there was a hot, the climate was changed.
00:18I think I didn't reach my... yesterday I did 58.
00:22So today also I think I will do like 58 something because this season I didn't do hurdles.
00:28But my coach told me to do that.
00:30Even do first two hurdles almost fast.
00:33Then five hurdles maintain the speed.
00:35Then seven hurdles go for all out.
00:37Then last 40 meters full all out.
00:39So that was my mind. I'm repeating every time.
00:41Then I look at my coach. My coach also repeating that in Dharmavod.
00:45So I was doing, focused on that only.
00:48Two hurdles fast, five hurdles maintain, seven hurdles fast, then finishing fast.
00:52So I did that same in that track.
00:55So I did reach the timing.
00:57I'm so happy because it was a 42 years old record.
01:01I break it. I'm happy because end of the season I did.

01:41Because coach asked for do 56.
01:43Don't go for 55 national record, nothing.
01:46Go for almost 56, then you will reach your timing.
