00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05recover a deleted email from Microsoft Outlook on a Mac computer. Without further

00:09ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a

00:14Mac computer, an account for Microsoft Office 365. This can be for World School

00:19of Business. We also need access to the desktop application. So we're gonna go

00:23all the way down to the dock, go to Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to

00:28Microsoft Outlook. Make sure you are signed into the account and now let's go

00:34to Inbox. If we don't have any emails available, let's go to the junk email

00:39where I transferred emails from one inbox to a dedicated folder. We can drag

00:47and drop this back into the inbox. Let's go to the inbox, let's right-click and

00:52delete that email. You may think that this email has now been deleted. I did

00:59demonstrate to you in the previous tutorial when you delete an email, it

01:02goes into the deleted folder and then when you delete the email from that

01:09folder, we then cannot recover the email. So let's go to deleted items and there

01:17we go. So let's move this email back into the inbox. Let's move another email back

01:30into the inbox that was in the deleted section. If we delete this, email one,

01:35email two, they will all be in the deleted items folder. Let's move them

01:40back and so that's how you recover deleted emails by moving them from

01:49deleted items folder to the inbox. If we delete anything in the deleted items

01:55folder, we cannot then recover the deleted email. So we can now quit Outlook and so
