02:28The storm was still strong while moving in the West Philippine Sea.

02:32The last sighting of the storm was 210 kilometers west-northwest of Lawag City, Ilocos Norte.

02:38It has a strong wind speed of 95 kilometers per hour.

02:42It reaches 115 kilometers per hour near the center.

02:46It continues to move west-northwest at a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.

02:51The only signs of the storm are Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, northern portion of La Union and Abra.

02:58Because of the storm, it will be difficult and dangerous to sail on the western and northern seaboards of Northern Luzon.

03:06Farmers in South Korea are worried about the change in the quality and taste of their famous dish, kimchi, due to climate change.

03:14They are experiencing a hot weather even though it's already cold.

03:18That's why the quality of their Napa cabbage, the main ingredient in kimchi, is affected.
