00:27candidate Edmundo González Urrutia resorts to this type of methods to take the power
00:33by violating and disrespecting the constitutional laws of the country.
00:37Maduro also stated that it was contradictory for the former far-right candidate to participate
00:43in an electoral process when he did not attend any of the summons of the National Electoral
00:47Council and to assure he would not accept the results if they were not favorable to
00:52him.
