00:09Heavy rain will continue to fall in some parts of the country.
00:14According to the forecast track of Pag-asa,
00:16it's possible that there will be a severe tropical storm this afternoon
00:20and a typhoon tomorrow before it leaves the Philippine area of responsibility.
00:26The center of the typhoon was last seen in the coastal waters of Lauag, Ilocos Norte.
00:31The typhoon waves are moving at a speed of 20 km per hour.
00:36It has a wind speed of 75 km per hour near the center
00:41and a gust speed of 115 km per hour.
00:44The wind signal No. 2 is high in Ilocos Norte,
00:48northern portion of Ilocos Sur, Apayau, Abra,
00:52northern and western portions of Calinga,
00:55western portion of Mainland Cagayan, and Babuyan Islands.
00:59The wind signal No. 1 is high in the remaining part of Ilocos Sur,
01:03northern portion of La Union, remaining part of Calinga,
01:07Mountain Province, Ifugao, northern portion of Benguet,
01:11Batanes, remaining part of Mainland Cagayan,
01:14and Babuyan Islands, northern and western portions of Isabela,
01:19and northern portion of Nueva Vizcaya.

01:54Superadio DZBB will issue a Calamity Fund of almost Php 400 million
01:59for those affected by the typhoon,
