Interview with Jonathan Majors
Transcript
00:00Do you just try and stay in peak shape the whole time, or do they all have a different approach?
00:04Well, they're all different weight classes, you know. I like to think they're all champs,
00:08but they're all different weight classes, you know. Kang is in the Avenger class,
00:13you know. He's in the Marvel class. That's a certain stature, you know. I know he's going
00:18to move a certain way. I mean, fitness and health have always been a big thing for me, you know, but
00:24the opportunity to apply those things directly to cinema is new because these characters are a bit,
00:31for lack of a better term, extreme, you know. Like, these guys do that, you know. Like,
00:35this guy is a boxer, you know, world heavyweight boxer, you know. Picture I shot after this,
00:42he was a bodybuilder, you know, a real bodybuilder. So those things have to be done. So
00:48a certain amount of maintenance, you know what I mean. Appetite is the appetite now,
00:53you know, got to eat, got to sleep. Yeah, yeah. Have you seen the humorous thirst track tweets,
01:00or do you avoid it? I've been shared. Your colleagues tend to want to share them.
01:04To colleagues, yeah, yeah. Everyone wants to make you feel awkward, put you on the spot.
01:08Yeah, I really only pretend to be uncomfortable sometimes. It doesn't really bother me.
01:17Yeah.
