00:00Northern Access Road is phenomenally on time and on budget.
00:05We are looking at the first iteration of Northern Access Road to be complete by autumn next year
00:12and over the course of the year after that there will be further linkages and ducting
00:17which will be carried out for the whole of the Northern Access Road which will be called
00:23Ford Langarth when it is completed with including boulevard, trees, avenues, that style of finish
00:30that would be the end of 2026.
00:34The Northern Access Road is a spine road straight through the Langarth Garden Village development.
00:40It opens up all the development plots in between West Langarth, the New Roundabout and Trillisk Hospital.
00:46The road itself is just over three and a half kilometres.
00:49The Northern Access Road opens up the complete south from west to east
00:53and what it allows is a fully service access road then with individual plots that then come off that
00:59that will then allow house builders, developers, house builders in Cornwall access to the service
01:05building plots that they can then start building out into the future.
01:09It's a real key piece of infrastructure that's delivered from our west over there
01:15up towards the roundabout on the A30 over to Trillisk Hospital and it opens up that
01:20whole route which then enables the house building of 4,000 homes to be built.
