00:06this country won't agree with it and they won't understand like why he is

00:17stuff like that but I think a lot of people will also think it's a free
00:23country like we should be able to do what I want so I can understand both
00:27sides of the argument really. First I think that this is an economic thing so
00:35I'm going to discuss sort of ground level on the streets a lot a lot of the
00:41public have seen a lot of these videos where you have what's commonly known as
00:45the Siggy police running around these are private entities these are not
00:48necessarily attached to councils now anyone with a bit of two cents can look
00:54at the news stories from the last six months and go a lot of city councils
00:58have no money
