00:00I lost my footing on stage, not because I went dizzy or anything, I just lost my footing and I slid off the stage and fell.
00:10Fortunately I was playing Falstaff, Sir John Falstaff, who's a very fat man, and I was wearing a fat suit.
00:16And that protected my ribs and hips, it was just my extremities.
00:21So I fractured the wrist, which, you know, anyone falling off a bike does.
00:25Bit of a bother with the neck, that's all gone.
00:29What I'm left with now is the emotional memory of the accident, which was more severe than I realised.
00:37I was saying and shouting things about death and so on.
00:41I thought I was on the way out.
00:44And I wasn't, but I'm still left with the memory that I thought I was.
00:51But I'm out and about, but I'm taking it easy.
