00:41It is a demonstration that is a catalyst for the innovation and tradition of all international sailors
00:47and all those who face the world of international sailing.
00:51But we can also proudly say that the Sailing House of Made in Italy
00:56is a demonstration where our industry has been able to strengthen
01:02and always position itself as a leader in international markets.
01:07It is therefore an important system demonstration,
01:10a demonstration that has been recognized by the great support we have received from the ICE agency
01:17with the strengthening of the international communication plan and the incoming plan,
01:22with journalists from more than 30 countries.
01:26We have great interest in both the numbers of the sector's progress data
01:32that we will present on the opening day.
01:35We can only anticipate that we will not disappoint the press,
01:38because our study office has been collecting data with the Edison Foundation in recent weeks,
01:44but after the presentation we had at the Global Yachting Market with Deloitte in Milan in July,
01:50we will most likely confirm a double-digit growth, also for 2023,
01:55so the seventh year of double-digit growth for the sector.
01:59And let's not forget that in 2023 the threshold of 4 billion euros of exports was also exceeded.
02:06But we are a leader not only in the super yacht sector,
02:10where we hold 51% of the portfolio of global orders,
02:14but also in components and accessories.
02:17This year we have more than 100 novelties to be exhibited at the Salone,
02:21and 30 premieres, so an important edition that also sees great attention from the public,
02:28because we have an increase in tickets sold,
02:32so interest from visitors to the visit of the Salone, by 16% on a double-digit basis.
02:39So we are waiting for a Salone where we can say,
02:42also with a new visual identity that we will present today at our press conference,
02:47which makes us proudly Italian,
02:50in the name on which we have focused our distinctive mark, which is nautical,
02:57but with a highly international spirit that we see in the edition Genoa Boat Show.
