00:00Beautiful is more of an acoustic love song.
00:05Panggap is more of an alternative.
00:12Panggap is about a story that I made about someone pretending to be happy.
00:19And while he was pretending, he wanted to find someone to pretend with.
00:26And through their journey of pretending, they actually learned how to be genuinely happy.
00:33Before, they just pretended to be happy. Now, they're really happy.
00:37As far as I can remember, I wrote this song in 2022.
00:42And it took only one sleepless night when I wrote the song Panggap.
00:47Because usually, when I write songs, it only takes maybe one sleepless night.
00:52And when I like it, I'll continue the next morning.
00:56When I wrote Panggap, it was actually just a practice song.
01:00I just practiced writing songs and chords.
01:04But when my producer messaged me to actually record Panggap,
01:09it was a bit unexpected because I didn't think that Panggap was good enough.
01:14But I guess the song itself was pretending that it's not good enough.
01:17And in fact, it actually is.
01:21I think everyone does a little pretending from time to time.
01:25It's okay to pretend sometimes.
01:26I didn't necessarily pretend in a relationship.
01:30But I did my fair share of pretending then.
01:33So there's some personal aspects to it, but not all of it.
01:38So Beautiful is more of an acoustic love song.
01:43Panggap is more of an alternative semi-rock song.
01:48It's still a bit chill, but there's a little bit of angst.
01:53When I was recording Panggap,
01:56I was much more involved with the music production and the recording.
02:04Because there were music sounds and stuff that I requested to be replaced.
02:12But overall, it was super fun to work with Olgie with the recording process.
