00:00Another new complaint is being prepared by the government against former Bambang Mayor Alice Guo and her partner Cassandra Ong.

00:08Meanwhile, the DOJ is confirming that Timor-Leste destroyed an appeal of former congressman Arnolfo Tevez Jr.

00:17and his ex-tradition in the Philippines.

00:22The DOJ is studying a new case against former Bambang Mayor Alice Guo and her brother, Sheila Guo.

00:35The DOJ explained that it is related to money laundering because it is possible that the two are part of an illegal group of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators or POGO.

00:45The DOJ did not detail how much money is involved in this case, but they can see that this case will be filed as soon as possible.

00:54Maybe tomorrow or in a week, the case of money laundering with Alice Guo will be filed.

01:02But if the money laundering is just a coincidence, the DOJ will issue a decision regarding the case of human trafficking complaint against former mayor.

01:12However, they cannot be sure if the counter-affidavit was received by Guo's camp on August 14 because they are not sure if it was really filed by the former mayor.

01:24That's why it is being investigated by the Prosecutor's Office.

01:28The DOJ also said that they will sue the lawyer who was a notary on the counter-affidavit of the former mayor.

01:34He will be able to answer the criminal charges for falsification and he will also be able to answer the administrative charges in the Supreme Court because we, the lawyers, have obligations as lawyers.

01:45But we will not limit it to this notary because we think that the lawyers of Alice Guo in the preliminary investigation and her spokesman should also be held accountable for the administrative charges.

02:00As of now, Guo's camp has not commented on the questionable counter-affidavit of the former mayor.

02:06But the DOJ, even if it was not received, will issue a decision that did not fail and did not give its consent to the complaint filed against him.
