00:00We embrace counterculture, skating, graffiti.
00:11Instead of keeping them in the shadows, we channel that to positive things.
00:15For example, if they want to paint a wall, let's paint it, but let's paint it with a
00:18positive message.
00:19And at the end of the time, instead of persecuting gang members, we're competing and recruiting
00:25the kids to good things.
00:31We're giving back the city to our citizens with the best way we can.
00:37People that are committing the crimes are 18-year-olds, 16-year-olds, 17-year-olds.
00:41So if we had ambassadors in the communities, all of this will be positive agents of change
00:46instead of gang members.
00:49People mindset is changing already.
00:50People are already thinking of their city differently.
00:54And if we can resonate more of that at the national scale, probably we'll have a very
00:58different country in a few years from now.
