00:00What is the bond between a Goddess Radha and God Krishna?
00:03Like from holy books we have seen that they are the symbol of devotion,
00:08but nowadays whatever we see, watch on television and on wedding invitation cards,
00:13that they are the symbol of love.
00:15The way they are depicted these days is something that should not be acceptable at all.
00:20They have been presented as symbols of the usual carnal love between a man and a woman.
00:26All road Romeos love to call their sweethearts as Radha, which is quite unfortunate.
00:33When I talk about the shallowness of the usual kind of love, the man-woman kind,
00:39even teenagers come up and say, but if Shri Krishna could love Radha, why can't I?
00:44The way those dances and depictions happen, there is hardly any spiritual lesson in that,
00:49which is not right.
00:50Ideally, the Krishna-Radha relationship should be depicted in the same way as the Shiva-Shakti relationship.
